Things have gotten somewhat chilly in these parts and our heroes stand in the shadow of a God. And they have violent intentions. Either God or us. [00:01:09] Speaker E: Yes, both is good. Very much like Nate's tales from Elsewhere. Bad lads. The first episode has come out publicly, but the second episode will be available to members a week early, coming out this Thursday. So that's like the 11th, I think. Numbers in addition. Yes, we have gotten through. This will be our 14th episode in this campaign playing Dagger Harbor. It's certainly not the 14th session. We have played Dagger Heart. We enjoy it very much. If you also want to enjoy it, there is a link to drive through rpg. It's an affiliate link where you can buy the digital copy of Dagger Hearts rule set or pretty much every other TTRPGs are all set under the sun. It doesn't cost you any extra if you do decide to buy it using the link in the description. But it does give us a little bit of a kickback, which is very nice, very handy and very useful because we're at the Act 2 finale. So you can bet your bottom dollar that plans for the Act 3 finale are we gonna have are well and truly underway. And yeah, that's going to be a big one as well. So you guys have decided to punch a God [00:03:13] Speaker C: helping [00:03:17] Speaker A: punch a God right in her shin. Who would like to jump on into it? [00:03:23] Speaker F: Me there. [00:03:26] Speaker A: Let's go. [00:03:41] Speaker B: Hello, I'm Nate and I'll be playing Griffin, a Sanguvar bard. [00:03:48] Speaker C: Hi, I'm Livy and I'm playing Abe, the Guardian keeper. [00:03:54] Speaker E: Hello, my name is Theo and I'll be playing Cooper, Dragon scent Rogue. [00:04:00] Speaker F: Hi, my name is Georgia and I'll be playing Cassandre, an Acavar sorcerer. [00:04:06] Speaker D: Hi, I'm Tim and I'm playing Godi Mahani, Druid. [00:04:12] Speaker A: And my name is DM Dan, the games master. In this adventure, Nearly every mortal acutely remembers the horrors of the Eschaton. A cataclysmic result of the very fabric of reality tearing under the increasing weight and strain of the magics being wielded by the forces of Aya and Akhan. And those same mortals are likely to also remember the arrival of the world spirits summoned forth by those same mortals to save Elsewhere from the dragons. War deities of primal power of Elsewhere's power. The World spirits proved to be the upper hand Aya needed to secure victory as the world spirits manage to overwhelm and defeat Akhan's brood before returning to Elsweyr to help her heal. Two of those world spirits now reside on the Titan Isles. One of those world spirits is named Fyza, Mother of Frost. And five of our heroes stand before her ready for for battle. The betrayer dragons were unable to defeat the world spirits during the war. So how will these mortals fair? And so we find the five of you, plus Coraline Balro, the mayor of the city of the town of Dorlishal, in an icy cave deep below the surface of the Titan Isles. Far from the balmy temperate weathers that you are used to. In this frigid and ice ridden space, this ice ridden cabin, you stand in the shadow of a looming behemoth. Her chitinous skin made up seemingly of layers of thick interlocking sheets of ice. Spikes icicle like spike spikes jutting from her shoulders, from the back of her head to two large wings emerging from her back. Although seemingly only one working right now. Pfizer has risen to her feet. [00:07:27] Speaker D: Her [00:07:29] Speaker A: her glossy body punctured and defiled by widespread crystalline corruption. Arcane manner surging through her deific body resulting in a a spread of blood red crystal emerging from her as she stands to one. As she stands slowly to loom over you. And she turns her one good eye to face you. The hexagonal. Her eye divided into mirror like hexagons, much like the eye of a mantis. You can see movement from behind it as her focus, as her vision focuses on you and as she lets out a fearsome scream, you feel the chill that cuts through to your bone grow even stronger. And. As we as the six of you stood in the in the shadow of this deity look upon her Majesty. Who would like to go first? [00:09:24] Speaker F: So what's. What's the plan? So are we smearing this stuff on her and running, or are we beating her so we can smear the stuff on her? What are we hoping? [00:09:41] Speaker D: I believe we need to. We need to chisel some of them crystals out before we can smear. [00:09:48] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:09:48] Speaker F: What's do we. Do we smear on the crystals? Do we get the crystals away and then smear on like where the crystals were? I know you and I made the stuff, but then now I do not know how to use it. [00:10:00] Speaker D: I think it's the latter. Dan, is this true? [00:10:04] Speaker C: Out and smear. [00:10:05] Speaker D: Out and smear. [00:10:08] Speaker A: Get all smeared. Well, well, well. That is. [00:10:14] Speaker F: That's the question. [00:10:15] Speaker A: That is the million gold question, isn't it? Before. Well, before you trouble yourselves with questions of that, I should probably cover a couple of ground rules, both for you, the players, and for our audience, Pfizer. As we can see, the mother of four, Frost herself is rather large. You might even call her Colossus Colossal in size. So we have a slightly different set of kind of combat rules. The Fizer is large enough to be fought upon. You are able to climb parts of her to attack the various parts of her. Of her body. And each of the segments of her body is a separate segment. We have the head, we have both wings, we have both arms, the torso and both legs. And then you lot down here, currently on the floor. Moving from segment to segment, generally speaking, requires some sort of check, likely an agility or a strength check as you try to expertly time your movements so you're not crushed between body parts. You're not. You do not hold from her. [00:11:38] Speaker C: What if we want to be crushed? [00:11:39] Speaker A: What if you want to be. Then just stand still and she will sort you out. Yes, you can move from segment to segment. Whilst you're on a segment, you can freely move pretty much anywhere along that segment. Segment. But generally speaking, if you want to target an adjacent segment, we will probably classify that as being close. And if you want to target something further away, it might even be far or very far. [00:12:09] Speaker C: So could we go Le Leg to. To L? [00:12:14] Speaker A: No. So there are certain. So you can only clamber from certain segments to others. So if we glance across Pfizer, we can see that there are a number of arrows, like green arrows. These arrows basically show some of them are actually scalloped. So like from the leg you could clamber up onto the torso. From the torso, you could clamber onto the arm. There are some arrows that are orange rather than green. They indicate that there is a one way travel. So you can leap from the arm back to down onto the right leg. You cannot leap from the right leg up onto the right arm. Separately we also have ledges. We've established there are ledges in the side of this cave. You will be able to climb the ledges if you so wish and then use that as a height advantage to then leap onto Fizer if you are feeling daring enough. As you gaze across her is clear that Pfizer, this world spirit, is currently infected by this in tense arcane crystallization. And Gardi and Cassandra, you have mused that perhaps the goal here is to. Is to cure. Is to neutralize the infection and allow Pfizer to heal herself. To cure herself. Which, how, how exactly how you go about doing that will hopefully become apparent as you start in the. Whilst you are on a segment, a specific segment, you will always have advantage against the segment you are on. And different segments have different difficulties. Certain segments segments will have attacks and various parts of Pfizer will be activating to attack you as she tries to defend herself from these six insects that are crawling across her hide. Finally, in the face of such formidable opposition, the six of you feel this surge of let you know that only through immaculate teamwork will you succeed. So during this fight you can use tag teams an unlimited number of times. [00:14:47] Speaker C: Still cost all the money. [00:14:48] Speaker A: It still costs three Hope, yes, but you are the once per session limitation is lifted. So. So with that said, I know I asked who wants to go first and that was somewhat cheeky of me because I'm going to spend a fear immediately. [00:15:15] Speaker E: Thanks. [00:15:17] Speaker C: Cool. [00:15:18] Speaker A: And as you stand before her, FISA rears her head back, opens her mouth wide, the mandibles at the sides of her mouth peel open and she lets out a ear splitting scream. [00:15:39] Speaker C: And [00:15:43] Speaker A: as she roars, I need everyone to make me a presence reaction roll. Please remember to click the little arrow to turn your duality roll into a reaction roll. [00:15:57] Speaker D: Oh no. [00:15:58] Speaker B: Presence one. [00:15:59] Speaker A: Yeah, presence correct. Difficulty is 16. Okay, so Cooper's passed. [00:16:08] Speaker E: Thank God. [00:16:09] Speaker A: Just one off. Who's left? It's Cass. [00:16:16] Speaker F: Sorry. [00:16:20] Speaker C: Nice. [00:16:24] Speaker A: Okay, so Gardi, Abe and Griffin, you all take lucky one stress and I will immediately pass play over to you. So yeah, bear in mind, use the hands up if you want to, if you want to let me know that you're ready to go. But who's, I mean who's at the front? Who's. Who's heading up first. [00:16:54] Speaker B: I was gonna say, if people want to start getting buffed, Keith Griffin will play a song that will not only act as, like, his rally for you all, so you all get a rally dice. He'll also break that into a heartbreaking song, and that will mean that everyone will gain a hope as well. Okay, let me just find that in [00:17:19] Speaker D: my little character sheet is that when we use the rally die sword. Whichever now. [00:17:25] Speaker B: So the heartbreaking song, you instantly get a hope, but when you roll the rally dice, you can also take a hope or clear a stress as well. Let me find that. [00:17:35] Speaker A: Where are you? [00:17:36] Speaker F: So that stress. [00:17:44] Speaker A: Okay, let me know when everyone's added their hope, and I'll update the tracker [00:17:50] Speaker B: and playing a heartbreaking song. But there you go. Everyone gains a hope. [00:18:03] Speaker C: Thank you very much. [00:18:04] Speaker D: Thank you. [00:18:05] Speaker E: Okay. [00:18:05] Speaker A: Has Cooper added hope? [00:18:07] Speaker E: Huh? [00:18:08] Speaker A: Ever? [00:18:08] Speaker E: I only I had none. [00:18:09] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. [00:18:11] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:18:12] Speaker D: Okay. [00:18:12] Speaker A: Okay. Marvelous. Okay, so what, Griffin, did you want to, like, did you want to do something else with the spotlight as you [00:18:21] Speaker B: stand before Pfizer or I think Griffin while he's. While he's playing this? I wish I had enough hope to do a. To do a distraction, but I can't. I think it's just gonna play this, hopefully to sort of give everyone a bit of a boost, and he's gonna go. [00:18:36] Speaker E: What's the plan? [00:18:38] Speaker A: Well, it seems like Gardy has a plan. [00:18:45] Speaker D: I reckon probably Cast and Griffin are the least adept climbers that we have. [00:18:58] Speaker F: I have nimble. I'm a naturally nimble. [00:19:02] Speaker D: Oh, you're a weirdly good climber, aren't you? [00:19:04] Speaker F: I'm a really good climber. Yeah, I am. And climbing backstory. [00:19:07] Speaker D: And you can teleport, which is pretty. [00:19:09] Speaker F: I can teleport and fly. [00:19:11] Speaker D: All right. [00:19:13] Speaker C: I have a question for Dan. [00:19:15] Speaker A: Yes. [00:19:16] Speaker C: I have advantage roles on traversing dangerous cliffs. Does she count as a dangerous cliff? [00:19:23] Speaker E: The most dangerous cliff because she's a moving cliff. A moving, icy cliff. [00:19:30] Speaker A: The ledges for sure. [00:19:33] Speaker C: I'm Ridgeborn. I'm basically climbing a mountain that is also a lady that is also a bus. [00:19:40] Speaker F: You were born for this. [00:19:44] Speaker A: Sure, sure. Because let me tell you, you're gonna need the help. [00:19:52] Speaker C: You can't look at her and say that she's basically not a mountain. Like, let's be honest. [00:19:56] Speaker D: Okay, well. [00:19:59] Speaker C: Well, I'm happy to. Or I'm happy to take. Try and take anyone with me or give everyone boosts. [00:20:05] Speaker F: I mean, if anyone needs to get to the top top, I can get there immediately. [00:20:10] Speaker E: I think the issue we have is. I have a question. For the table, like, what's the plan? Are we just trying to attack the red bits? And if so, are there red bits we should attack more prominently than others? This is my question, because I don't want to, like, attack the arm. For example, when we find out that the arm is not as potent as the torso because that's what the heart is. Or is it the head? Like, I feel like this is something we would have probably discussed before, so I feel like it's probably a good idea that we could chat about it. [00:20:39] Speaker D: Should we hit the right arm first? Because that looks to be a Mega Sword, and if we can get rid of the Mega Sword, that. That might be really helpful. [00:20:49] Speaker A: I will say that as you glance, as the six of you glance across, like, across Fizer's form, you notice that there are. There is crystalline corruption on basically all parts of her body. But, you know, from experience of coming through the, like, her lair to get to this point, that the crystal is destroyable. And in fact, like, you've already kind of fundamentally, like, null. Like, nullified the God shard that was trapped in that kind of ice pillar before you got here. So you kind of get the impression that if you are able to destroy this Chris, this corruption, one way or the other, you might be out. Like, you can weaken its hold on her. [00:21:33] Speaker C: Yeah, I feel like probably each. Like, each limb probably has a crystal that we need to destroy. Like, if you're thinking about, like, video game boss fights. Not that I'm, you know, metagaming Dan, but if we're thinking video game boss fights, each part is gonna have a red crystal that we need to destroy, put some magic, and then move up to the next. [00:22:04] Speaker F: This is how Abe is explaining it to us. [00:22:09] Speaker E: Professor Abe strikes again. [00:22:10] Speaker A: Professor Abe. Yeah, but. [00:22:12] Speaker E: Okay, so the question is, do we all have ointment or do. Is it only guardian cast that can put the ointment on after? Like, so, for example, if Abe and [00:22:20] Speaker C: I are using a crossbow, I wonder if it's. [00:22:23] Speaker E: Or do we cover our weapons in the ointment? [00:22:26] Speaker A: Like, what? [00:22:27] Speaker C: I think we work as a team, maybe. Oh, there's not six. Say, maybe there is an npc. Oh, yeah, the npc. Because we can work in pairs of. [00:22:41] Speaker A: She's got a name, you know, [00:22:44] Speaker C: so we've got hitter and wiper. [00:22:51] Speaker E: In that case, Cass and Guardi should be opposing teams, as they are, too. So, I mean, I can take Cass because I can do the agility things. [00:23:03] Speaker F: I can also do the agility things. Yeah, but I can probably get you Somewhere quite quickly. [00:23:08] Speaker E: That's true. That's useful. [00:23:10] Speaker C: Well, I'll take any opportunity to like a little girl. [00:23:17] Speaker D: I must accidentally knocked my mic off. Sorry. I was just saying if I'm a massive bird, I can carry two people. So I can go massive bird style. [00:23:27] Speaker A: What a massive bird. [00:23:32] Speaker D: And then maybe like Abe and Abe and Griffin. [00:23:37] Speaker C: I can carry Griffin. [00:23:39] Speaker D: You can. [00:23:39] Speaker C: Come on. [00:23:40] Speaker D: You can sit on me. [00:23:41] Speaker B: And we'll double uppies. Brilliant. [00:23:43] Speaker D: Double uppies. [00:23:45] Speaker A: Oh, beloved. [00:23:45] Speaker D: And then we can. And that way we've got a smearer on each team. We got smearers, we got punches. [00:23:53] Speaker F: That's true. [00:23:53] Speaker D: We got an accordion. [00:23:56] Speaker E: Three Cs. So Coraline, Cooper, Cass are the three Cs. [00:24:01] Speaker F: Yeah. [00:24:03] Speaker E: Abe, Griffin and Cardi on the other. [00:24:06] Speaker C: Yep. Yeah. [00:24:06] Speaker B: Kind of gag on the other side. [00:24:13] Speaker C: Like the apes in the middle. [00:24:17] Speaker D: Shall we go for the head team gag? [00:24:19] Speaker C: Yeah. Let's start at the top, work down. [00:24:21] Speaker D: Sweet. [00:24:23] Speaker A: Okay, so, Gardy, you've still got the spotlight if you want to do a thing. [00:24:27] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:24:28] Speaker D: Bird, please turn to a bird. Big bird. They're big bird. Transform. Big bird. [00:24:46] Speaker A: Oh, it's a large bird. [00:24:47] Speaker D: I'm a large bird. I'll grab. I'll grab a. A little griffin in me. Actually, no, I think we'll. Yeah, we'll put Griffin up top. He can sit on me back. I'll grab Abe and up we go, baby. Head into the head. [00:25:05] Speaker A: So you're. The three of you are flying up towards the head, yeah? [00:25:09] Speaker C: Yes. [00:25:12] Speaker A: Okay, so if I. I'll move the two of you. So Griffin is. So currently I won't do the whole riding things. That was just disastrous. So Gardy is carrying a. I presume in his talons and Griffins are your back. Yes. Okay. So in which case, as you fly Guardi. As you fly up, I will ask for an agility check to get. Like, to get that high. Because as you transform into a bird, Griffin jumps on your back. You take off. You grab a bit as you take off. If nothing else, the weight of aid means you're not as nimble as you would normally be. And Fisa, for having just released this roar, turns her head back down to you. And like, she's watching you as you ascend up to. Up towards her head. So, yeah, please have an agility check. [00:26:10] Speaker D: Can I chuck a cool and composed on there to avoid being. [00:26:14] Speaker A: You can. [00:26:16] Speaker D: Thank you. [00:26:23] Speaker A: 24 with fear. So you do get there. Like, you do get up. But as. As you. As you. [00:26:32] Speaker E: Wait a minute. [00:26:35] Speaker D: I'm being fearless. I'll spend my Stress to change that into a hope, please. [00:26:40] Speaker A: Okay. In which case, yeah, as you, as you rise, you see her sort of like bring the like. So her right, her left arm looks invert commas normal. There is crystallization on her upper arm. Her right arm, however, her palm seems to have crystallized into what can only be described as this viciously sharp, jagged crystalline sickle. Interestingly, it makes her more reminiscent of being the mantis like creature that she is. But as you swoop up, she swings with her left hand at you. And Garda, you manage to like swing like swoosh between her two kind of digits and carry on. So, yeah, she misses, she misses you and then she, you carry on up. [00:27:34] Speaker D: All right, I guess I'll drop the. Drop the boys off at the head. [00:27:39] Speaker A: Okay. In which case, Abe and Griffin, you are now in the head section. [00:27:50] Speaker C: Yay. Nothing could go wrong. We won't fall from this height. It's fine. [00:27:58] Speaker A: As you, as the two of you land on like fall down and begin to land on her head, you notice that sort of like the quills that emerge from the back of her sword skull. They are tinged with arcane crystallization, but perhaps savagely. And what can almost be described as like a fan of crystals is currently emerging out of her left, left cheek a 45 degree angle upwards. It's completely covering her left eye so she can't see forward from it. But like as the two of you was looking at her as you rose, you notice that that same fan of crystals almost seems to be jutting out of the roof of her mouth. And like she thrashes as. As you land on her, you can see that this crystal kind of like beginning to emerge around her eye sockets. And like she's. The way she thrashes and roars, you can tell she's seemingly in immense pain, but boom, you land on her. Gardy, are you happy to pass the spotlight or are you doing a. Okay, who will tell you what between Abe and Griffin, you've just air dropped onto her head. What's up? [00:29:12] Speaker B: Go on, Abe. [00:29:13] Speaker C: Okay, I would like to smash crystal, please. [00:29:18] Speaker A: Okay. In which case, as you land on ahead so you can see this fan jutting out from the. The side of the like jutting out from her cheekbone. You have advantage on your attacks against this segment because you are on this segment. So please make me an attack roll. [00:29:35] Speaker C: Fabulous. [00:29:37] Speaker A: As you bring your marbled axe to bear on this crystallization. Oh, a 13 with hope. [00:29:59] Speaker C: What was the. Both awful. [00:30:05] Speaker A: I would like to wait in. [00:30:10] Speaker C: Wait, wait, wait. I can't Find it. Wait, wait. I can't find it. Wait. [00:30:18] Speaker D: Rally dice. [00:30:20] Speaker C: No, I was thinking I have. Why can't I open this? [00:30:32] Speaker A: You can use a different character trait from the quick weapon. When you do damage, you can mark stress to do maximum damage instead of rolling it. Was that what you meant? [00:30:42] Speaker C: No, that's not what I meant. There's one where I can sh. Or maybe I'm just thinking of something. [00:30:49] Speaker A: What is it you're thinking? [00:30:51] Speaker C: That I can change one of my dice rolls. Oh, no, don't worry. No, it's just for somebody else. No, I can't do it to myself. Never mind. [00:31:00] Speaker E: Okay, [00:31:03] Speaker B: so you want to use your rally dice. [00:31:07] Speaker C: 18. I'm not sure if I'll get there. [00:31:09] Speaker B: Could I think. [00:31:11] Speaker C: Oh, go give it a go. [00:31:12] Speaker A: Okay. [00:31:14] Speaker C: E6. D8. [00:31:16] Speaker E: D8. And you can gain a hope or clear a stress. [00:31:21] Speaker B: And you can gain a hope of clear stress. Oh, it's beautiful. [00:31:28] Speaker A: Rocketing up to a 21 with hope. So please mark your hope first and foremost. [00:31:33] Speaker C: Oh, I know. Oh, yeah. I can't. I'll max out on hope, but I will get rid of stress. [00:31:38] Speaker A: Okay. In which case you. As you swing your immarbled new reliable towards the crystal, you cut deep into it and the crystal cracks. Roll me. Damage. Oh, we got brutal. [00:32:05] Speaker C: 25. [00:32:06] Speaker A: 20. Oh, yes. 25 damage. Okay. That is. As you swing the ax, the crystal cracks like a small amount and then like a bigger crack appears from. As the weight of your axe pushes in deep. That is major damage to the head. And Pfizer sort of like roars as she swings her head around. Griffin's got his hand up. Does Griffin want to go? [00:32:38] Speaker B: Oh, that was before. [00:32:39] Speaker A: So sorry. [00:32:40] Speaker B: I will. I will let the ground patrol have their team. [00:32:44] Speaker A: Team ground. I will say that in this moment, Fizer lifts like as she rears her head back. As Abe smashes his axe into the crystals jutting from her face. Like, in, like she takes a step back and her right leg comes up to a perilously high height. And it looks like it's gonna make a racket when that leg comes down. Who would like to go? [00:33:15] Speaker F: What do we. Which where do we want to go? What do we want to grab? Do we want to get the arm or do we want to get one of the legs? [00:33:21] Speaker E: I feel like going up and descending down is a wise idea. The difficulty I've got is you can only blink two people. [00:33:29] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:33:30] Speaker E: You can win one person. So I mean, I can as possible, [00:33:35] Speaker F: but I just need the hope. I think I only at the moment have the hope for one journey. [00:33:40] Speaker E: We've got five hopes. [00:33:44] Speaker F: I mean, I could. I could one. I could blink up. I could fly down and flink up again and then I'd be out of hope. [00:33:53] Speaker E: Yeah. Let's not do that. Yeah. Does. Does Coraline. What's Coraline's agility like? Can she free fall ledges? Like parkour [00:34:08] Speaker F: and then you. [00:34:10] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:34:10] Speaker E: I was thinking if you blink Coraline up and I scramble up the ledges because I have. I had three plus agility and I can use my rally dice. [00:34:17] Speaker A: Coraline would love that because she does not have duality dice. She's got a D20 in a dream. [00:34:30] Speaker F: All right, I'll grab our fighty fight. We do need a fight. And we're going for the. The sword arm. The slicey arm. [00:34:38] Speaker E: Sure. [00:34:38] Speaker A: You're going to blink up to the right arm. [00:34:40] Speaker E: Yeah. [00:34:41] Speaker A: Okay. Where. Okay. So when we have a look at blink. So please make your. [00:34:53] Speaker F: I think no, it's. What's my spellcast? [00:34:57] Speaker E: I should. [00:34:57] Speaker F: I should remember this every single time. Right? [00:35:20] Speaker A: Okay. A 15 with fear. You two teleport up. How so you're teleporting up with Coraline, so the two of you materialize on her arm. But Cass, as you reappear in the crack of thunder. Like. Crack? Yeah, crack of thunder. Like there's a small. There's a moment where you free fall before you land on the arm and you realize you free. You're free falling because 15 with fear. So that's. So. Yeah. If you spend the hope to take Coraline with you as you land, you realize that she is all. The fizer is already bringing her weights down. And Cooper, I'm going to say step in. The right leg collides with the ground before you get a chance to sort of like scamper up her left leg to safety. And. With a crashing stomp, you take. 14 routine damage as her foot collides with the grounds. The ground underneath you cracks and spears of ice burst up from the ground and sort of like skew. One of them skewers you. As the floor turns into a effectively a bed of needles. You are also. And like the shake of the ground underneath your foot, underneath your foot. Defeat. You're now rattled. So until you next roll with hope, you have disadvantage on reaction rolls. Okay. [00:37:19] Speaker F: I've just. I've just reread blink out and I can take two people with me. [00:37:24] Speaker A: Oh. [00:37:25] Speaker F: Although I will that if that's not something that Cat would remember about her ability. I've just realized the double if you [00:37:32] Speaker A: want to spend the hope you could definitely have taken. [00:37:35] Speaker F: Can I take him with me? [00:37:40] Speaker A: Okay. [00:37:42] Speaker E: Cooper's life flashes before his eyes and maybe. [00:37:45] Speaker A: No. God. [00:37:46] Speaker E: Thanks. [00:37:48] Speaker A: Okay. In which case I will. I'll flip that move. So, yeah, you. The three of you teleport up onto Fizer's right arm. Coraline and Cooper, you manage to drop and sort of like grab onto her forearm. But Cass, where you are the one who's kind of teleporting them in a common drama. Almost a bit higher. So yeah. As Pfizer's foot comes down, it collides with the floor. This. You watch as these icy spikes burst up from the crust. You. [00:38:22] Speaker E: Oh. [00:38:23] Speaker A: Like as you fall, you realize her wrist is moving, moving away from where you're gonna land. So I'm gonna ask you for an agility check. Agility, reaction roll, please. It's agility 14. [00:38:37] Speaker F: Okay. I think I get. I think I get an advantage on that. And if that involves balancing and climbing, would you say that's a balancing. [00:38:46] Speaker A: Sure, yeah. Let's. Let's say. Let's say that. So yeah. Reaction roll. Agility 14. Okay. 23. So like, as you fall onto her wrist, like your footing slits out from under you as like her. Her. Her body is almost. Is basically made of ice. Right. But as you slip, you manage to like reach out and kind of grab yourself and steady yourself before you slip into a perilous position. You are successfully on her arm. Cool. Do you want to do anything else, Cass, or. We be happy to pass the spotlight. [00:39:28] Speaker F: I'm good to pass the spotlight. [00:39:30] Speaker A: Okay, let's pass it to Cooper. Cool. [00:39:36] Speaker E: Cooper is gonna shoot his crossbow at one of these crystally things. [00:39:43] Speaker D: So. [00:39:43] Speaker E: Yeah. So in terms of the arm, Dan, what's the most like concentrated amount of crystal? Is it that. What's on like the kind of. The scythe? [00:39:51] Speaker A: Yeah. The majority of the corruptions appears to be this scythe. [00:39:56] Speaker E: Cool. I'd like to shoot at it, please. [00:39:58] Speaker A: Okay. So you again, you'll get advantage because you are on it. [00:40:04] Speaker E: Yeah. Okay. Advantage. Just trying to think now. I saved my hope just in case. I'm going to roll. Yeah, that's right. [00:40:24] Speaker A: Eighteen with hope. As you knock, as you kind of lower your center of gravity to like as the arm. Like as this arm kind of swings backwards, you lower yourself to try and get purchased. And as you take aim, the bolt flies from the end of your crossbow and impacts the. The crystal and it cracks roll for damage. [00:40:44] Speaker E: Amazing. Am I. Would it be possible to do sneak attack or. Because technically they are in melee. Like, everyone is in melee. So it does count. [00:40:54] Speaker A: Yes. [00:40:57] Speaker E: So my sneak attack is so useless on this. So it's 3D6 on top. So let me just roll my normal damage, 19 points of damage, and then it's 3D6 on top. [00:41:20] Speaker C: Nice. [00:41:21] Speaker A: Nice. 19, 20, 32. [00:41:26] Speaker E: Yeah. [00:41:27] Speaker A: Okay, so as you fire the crossbow bolt and it strikes into the crystal, you watch as a major amount of the crystal chips away, leaving a. Like a dag. Like a. Yeah, just like a gal. Like a chunk missing out of the. The center of the blade. So that is two damage to Pfizer's right arm. And she again roars as she kind of like, you all have to drop down, sort of like grab onto something as she, like, her arm comes up, like, in pain as she reels from the. From the shot. Okay, who would. So the two of you are on the arm or gone. [00:42:12] Speaker E: Could we volunteer Coraline doing some. Some stuff while we have her or while we're in the team mode? [00:42:19] Speaker C: She just adds damage, doesn't she? [00:42:21] Speaker A: Yes. So bear in mind, anyone who's near Coraline, you can ask her to insource all your weapons. [00:42:27] Speaker E: Okay, sure, sure. [00:42:30] Speaker A: And then, yeah, she can. She can blue fire you. She. Additionally, she has two experiences. Battle tactica and arcane manipulation. So you can spend hope for her to use those on you as well. [00:42:42] Speaker E: Cool, cool, cool. Thank you for reminding me. [00:42:43] Speaker A: You can also taxi with her. Nice. So as the two of you land on Pfizer's, or three of you land on Fisa's right arm. Shall we pass back up to Gardi? [00:42:57] Speaker D: Yeah, sounds good. I'm just gonna try and peck the crystal out of its face. [00:43:08] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. So as you swoop on in. 20 fearfully, 20 with fear. That is a hit. So I'm presuming it's a mix of your beak and your talons. [00:43:34] Speaker D: I'm just gonna, like, I'll perch on her horse horn and just start like, pecking. Okay. [00:43:42] Speaker C: Eating seeds. [00:43:50] Speaker D: 18 damage. [00:43:51] Speaker A: 18 damage. Okay, that. So as you sort of like peck and scratch away at the. The crystal, like around the crack where Abe landed his axe blow, you're able to pull a small amount of the. The corruption away from her as minor damage that takes her up to. That takes another hit point away from her. As you do that though, she, like, she reels from, like she's reeling from her arm being shot. And now you've just kind of flown in you, like, as you're pecking away at this. This crystal jutting out of her cheekbone. You almost hear the sound of the eye underneath her kind of hexagon eyed eye beneath. You roll up to look at you and she reaches up to grab you. [00:44:48] Speaker D: Oh no. [00:44:53] Speaker A: There's a seven hit. [00:44:56] Speaker D: No. [00:44:56] Speaker A: Okay. And her left arm comes up and tries to grab you off her horn. But you're able to flap out the way before she manages to land the attack. How ever Guardians you breathe this well, you breathe a sigh of relief as you make it away from her. However, you can't help but get the feeling that you are fearful of her titanic power. And every time Pfizer fails an attack, I gain a fear. [00:45:36] Speaker D: Oh. [00:45:40] Speaker A: And as. So as she like her left hand swinging past her head as she attempts to grab you. Got it. I will spend said fear. Two Cass, Cooper and Coraline. You've like had to drop down because her arms kind of swung up. Now like one hand's gone to claw for you. Guardi. And having missed, her right arm comes up with this scythe and she attempts [00:46:10] Speaker E: to [00:46:14] Speaker A: sweep you from her face. So I spend another fear and she's gonna roll. [00:46:22] Speaker D: I can't be swept. [00:46:25] Speaker A: You're not sweepable. You are fine. I've done that incorrectly. Ignore that. She's gonna sweep you. Griffin and Abe. Please make me Instinct reaction roll. 16 for Griffin and 18 for Abe. Okay, so as the. You watch as her right arm comes up and you see this like scythe like blade emerging from the palm of her hand with a. A big chunk missing out of it. And as she sort of like scrapes the side of her head with this blade and like shards of red crystal break off as they scratch along her chitin. You manage. The two of you manage to sort of like you. You realize there's nowhere to run. Like there's nowhere to hide on her head. And the only way to avoid being hit by the scythe is to jump. You can attempt to move to her right wing, her left wing or her torso. Otherwise you'll be knocked from her pendulum like scythe swings round past you. So where's Abe wanting to jump to? [00:47:55] Speaker C: Let's do. It's easy to go up to. Let's just go down to the torso. [00:48:04] Speaker A: Okay. So Abe, if I can have an agility roll as you attempt to jump to the torso with advantage and Griffin, where are you going? [00:48:16] Speaker B: Griffin will probably follow Abe at the same time and go down to the top. [00:48:20] Speaker A: Two of you both do a Deadpool Wolverine leap for leap of faith. [00:48:28] Speaker B: Is that just the normal agility roll? [00:48:29] Speaker C: Correct. I forgot to do an advantage. So advantage is another 6. D6. [00:48:37] Speaker A: D6. [00:48:37] Speaker C: So I add that on. [00:48:39] Speaker A: Bear in mind if you got experiences, you can spend hope for those as well. [00:48:44] Speaker C: So it stays so for 15. Yeah. [00:48:52] Speaker A: Oh, six. Okay, so, Abe, you leap and land on the torso. But you like, because it's a. An emergency jump. You land heavy. Your feet, your hooves slip out from underneath you, and you. You land heavily on your chest across this large crystal shard jutting from Pfizer's torso. Griffin, you. You leap after abe. And die. As you leap, Fizer's arm, like the blade on her right arm catches up with you. It's not because of the. The relative velocities between you and her arm. It doesn't cut into you, but it's. It does like catch you. And you're currently trapped like you're being carried by the edge of her blade. If no one. If no one immediately tries to save you, you will fall. [00:50:15] Speaker C: Okay, I'll save him. I save him. [00:50:18] Speaker A: Okay. The boy. [00:50:20] Speaker D: It is easier. [00:50:23] Speaker A: Well, I. I think Guardi's probably in a better position to swoop and swoop and grab. If you wanna grab. [00:50:29] Speaker C: Super grab. Okay, go. Got it. [00:50:31] Speaker A: So, hey, Griffin, as you. As you tumble off the. The front of this blade, down past a Guardi, I'm gonna need tell me how. Which ability you're using to dive bomb and grab Griffin. [00:50:49] Speaker D: Oh, I think it's probably just gonna need to be agility. I'm just gonna have to go. [00:50:53] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:50:53] Speaker D: Quick as I can and grab the. That boy. [00:50:55] Speaker A: Okay. [00:50:59] Speaker D: Do I have anything that would be helpful? Not really. [00:51:09] Speaker A: Okay, you swoop down and talons out. You manage to grab Griffin. The velocity means that you are unable to sort of like. Well, you grab Griffin, and you're desperately trying to slow yourself down, trying to reverse your momentum as the two of you sort of like plummet down. I will. So, Griffith, you're not going to hit the ground. [00:51:40] Speaker D: Can I try and bring us onto the ledge? [00:51:43] Speaker A: It looks like that's where you'll probably end up. Yes, I will say that as you swoop down, perhaps the reason why you're heading towards the ledge. So she scraped across her face with the scythe. Abe and Griffin, you've jumped off. Abe, you've landed on the chest Crystal on the torso crystal. Abe, you. Griffin, you've been caught by the scythe and sort of like flung from her Garda, you've dived Bonda. And as you're. As you've latched onto Griffin. Griffin, you. As these six talons kind of bite into your shoulders. Pfizer. Turns at the torso and her right wing whips like whip cracks and hits you with a wing. A wing buffet. So this would normally be. Have a look. Let's have a look. So can I have. [00:52:45] Speaker C: I could go for a wing buffet right now. [00:52:52] Speaker A: I'm gonna guardi. I will need a. I'm gonna reverse this. A strength. Save these difficulty 15. [00:53:02] Speaker D: This is awful. Knees. [00:53:13] Speaker A: Okay, so as you flap and you're g. Doing your absolute best to sort of like widen your wings as wide as possible to get the most amount of air resistance to slow your descent, you've grabbed onto Griffin. And then you feel this wall of wind, like arctic wind hit you from behind. And as you hurtle towards the ledge, like the solid rock face in front of you, you manage to like flap your wings hard enough that you counteract the wing buffet that Fize has hit you with. And Griffin, the rock face comes almost up to your nose before manage to put your hands out and stop yourselves so you haven't collided with the wall and therefore you will take no damage. But thank you for all extensive purposes. The two of you are now on the ledge to the side of the. To the side of Pfizer. Very good. Very good. Gardy, do you want to hold the spotlight? Does someone else want to have a go? [00:54:14] Speaker D: No, no, I'm good. [00:54:15] Speaker A: I'm reckoning. Abe. Hey, it's been a while. Abe's currently perilously dangling. [00:54:24] Speaker C: Yeah, I mean, people just kind of notice everything that's happening. Better get back to it. And he's just gonna take a big thwack at this big middle. [00:54:39] Speaker D: Crystal, please. [00:54:40] Speaker A: Your. Your hand and wrist. You can almost feel this like cold burning sensation along your skin where it's touching this red crystal. You can absolutely hack. Make sure you hack it like past where your arm is. [00:54:54] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:54:55] Speaker A: Like if you sit on a branch and cut it off. [00:54:57] Speaker C: Oh, number one, do not cut where you are sitting. [00:55:02] Speaker A: Yeah, don't cut to the left. [00:55:06] Speaker C: Right, let's do this. [00:55:10] Speaker A: I will ask before you roll because you rolled with fear. So you're perilous. You're kind of hanging perilously. I will ask for a disappointment disadvantage on this roll because you're currently like one arm's up and you've got it. Get enough momentum to swing the axe with disadvantage. But actually you get advantage because you're on it. [00:55:31] Speaker C: Cuz I'm on it. [00:55:32] Speaker A: Just. Just evens out. [00:55:33] Speaker C: Just straight roll, straight roll, straight roll, straight roll. 15. Scary. A scary 15. [00:55:48] Speaker A: 15 with fear. You bring your ax in with the Same kind of ferocity that you struck at her like face corruption with. And the axe bites deep roll for damage. [00:56:13] Speaker C: 14. [00:56:14] Speaker A: 14. So you swing in with the same kind of ferocity. It doesn't crack as much as it did up on the face. But as you pull the axe away, having done what you assume will be minor damage, You notice that as you pull your axe away, where the crack that you left begins to crystallize, smaller little crystals fill the void. And it seems like it's growing at an alarming rate. And you realize that the crystal jutting from her torso is regenerating. [00:56:57] Speaker B: Cole. [00:56:59] Speaker A: Yes, Cool. Indeed. You've rolled with fear. So she's going to like as you kind of swing at this chest crystal. When you pull back and the crystal, if anything looks bigger than it did a second ago, she then. Cuz I know you want me to rolls a 10 to grab you. [00:57:30] Speaker C: I am. I am a 10. [00:57:32] Speaker A: You am a 10. In which case you are grabbed as you are move. As she reaches with her left hand and seizes you from her torso. You are now in her hand and she crushes you for 22 hit points. [00:57:54] Speaker C: That's my dad. That's just minor damage for Abe. [00:57:57] Speaker A: Minor damage. [00:57:58] Speaker C: That's a walk in the park for Abe. So one armor slot, please. [00:58:02] Speaker A: As her three digits sort of like constrict around you and like they seemingly struggle against your firm bones. Like she relax. It's like she releases some of the. The pressure and oh. Like you. You're able to breathe again. But you. You also acknowledge she has not let go of you. You are still held in her hand. [00:58:28] Speaker C: You can hold me. [00:58:32] Speaker D: What's your. What's your major threshold? [00:58:35] Speaker C: 23. [00:58:37] Speaker D: Oh, nice. [00:58:38] Speaker C: Oh no. [00:58:38] Speaker B: My major. [00:58:39] Speaker C: Yeah, severe is 44. [00:58:41] Speaker F: My God. [00:58:43] Speaker D: It's impossible for this God to do severe damage to her. [00:58:48] Speaker F: My severe is 21. [00:58:52] Speaker C: That's lower than my minor. [00:58:59] Speaker A: Okay, so everyone can now see that Abe is currently in Fizer's grasp. Meanwhile on her father. [00:59:07] Speaker C: I'm all right. [00:59:11] Speaker A: Isn't it more of a. [00:59:20] Speaker D: Like trying to open a really annoying jar when you've got a [00:59:25] Speaker A: meanwhile on the other arm, on the right arm. Cass Cooper, you've you. The thing you were clinging on for dear life because you've just watched like you've just been given a tour of FISA's left side as she scraped her face clean of Abe and Griffin. And sort of like the arms kind of come down to a neutral position, giving you a moment to breathe between the two of you. Who wants to go first? [00:59:56] Speaker E: I mean, all I was going to do again was shoot at where I was before, cuz that felt like the right thing to do. But I'm considering shooting at the hand of ain. So she lets him go. But then what happens if she lets him go? [01:00:10] Speaker A: Like does he fall? [01:00:11] Speaker E: Like that's the thing. Like, like. I'm just trying to think what the best solution is. [01:00:16] Speaker F: I think he's safer. [01:00:18] Speaker E: He's safer in her hands. [01:00:19] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:00:19] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:00:19] Speaker E: I won't do that. Then that's fine. That's fair. [01:00:27] Speaker A: Okay, so I will say Cass, for I will let you do a instinct. An instinct or a knowledge reaction role. And if you so wish, Coraline has arcane manipulation as an experience. If you want to spend a Hope to add +2 to your ROM, I [01:01:00] Speaker F: can do that if I do an instinct. And then how do I do I add two? [01:01:09] Speaker A: There's a situational bonus text box actually. [01:01:12] Speaker F: Oh, I see it. Plus two. There we go. Oh, that did not. That didn't wanna. That also didn't work to. What are you doing? It doesn't want to add the situational bonus. [01:01:35] Speaker A: Ah, we can just add two. [01:01:36] Speaker E: Just add. [01:01:41] Speaker F: Oh, that's just straight up not happening. [01:01:47] Speaker C: Oh, [01:01:51] Speaker A: Tell you what, let me. So we doing a insight instinct. Yes, instinct. Sorry, instinct. So we're doing with advantage. [01:02:09] Speaker E: With. [01:02:11] Speaker C: Yes. [01:02:12] Speaker A: Coraling gives you a plus two. [01:02:16] Speaker F: Yeah, plus instinct. [01:02:18] Speaker A: If you want to add one of your. So this is a. A magical notice. [01:02:24] Speaker F: Yeah, I've got my magical notice anyway. I've got my arcane sense. [01:02:31] Speaker A: You do, don't you? [01:02:33] Speaker F: You do. [01:02:33] Speaker A: You have arcane sense. So you can sense presence of magical people and objects. [01:02:38] Speaker F: In which case I'm currently standing on the magical person, so I assume have presence. [01:02:44] Speaker A: Okay, tell you what, let's. Let's conflate that then to be. We'll call it advantage. Your arcane sense give you advantage. So Coraline's giving you plus two because of her arcane manipulation. She helps you out. Your arcane sense will give you advantage. Let's roll that out as reaction. 26. [01:03:11] Speaker C: You know everything. [01:03:13] Speaker A: So Cass, as you like, as this arm kind of drops to a more neutral position, Coraline is looking up at you wide eyed and she shouts. You heard. You felt that, right? And as you look to Coraline, you. You know exactly what it is she's mentioning. You've just watched Abe swing his ax at this point, torso crystal. It's broken, it's tricked a little under his blow. And as he's pulled it back, you've watched this crystal fundamentally Heal itself and expand and grow. But the process of doing that drew power from the corrupt. You felt the arcane surge through the arm under your feet, from the hand, along the arm towards the torso. And you acknowledge in this you of 26, you absolutely understand that this crystal in Hurst torso is likely the. The source of it all. [01:04:11] Speaker F: Yeah, like point zero. So we got to destroy everything around it in order to destroy the final bit. [01:04:17] Speaker A: It seems to be draw and. But you know, the arcane mana is self perpetuating. As long as there is enough crystallite corruption across Faiza's body, the crystal in her torso will for all extents and purposes be immune to damage. [01:04:32] Speaker F: Cool. So we have. We have a course, we have a course of action to clear. [01:04:39] Speaker A: Clear some of this corruption around her body. So you can attack the torso. [01:04:43] Speaker F: Yeah. Cool. Good to know. Excellent. [01:04:47] Speaker A: Sorry. [01:04:48] Speaker E: Where am I firing? Where am I firing? What's the best thing over there? [01:04:52] Speaker F: And she'll point to the. The sheath that we've been heading towards. [01:04:56] Speaker E: Time. That one still. Okay. [01:04:59] Speaker A: Okay. So Cuba's going. Yep. [01:05:03] Speaker E: And it's with advantage. [01:05:05] Speaker A: Advantage. [01:05:08] Speaker E: Yeah. And I think I'm. What do I use? Right. Yeah. Because we. We've already shot at this once and we did good damage on it. [01:05:15] Speaker A: So major. Yes. [01:05:17] Speaker E: Let's. Let's add the rally dice. And I'll also. So I can add a hope in a minute. So let's roll. [01:05:31] Speaker A: 22 with hope. [01:05:33] Speaker E: So I can add two hope now. That's great. I'm now up to four hope. Thank God. Actually do stuff now. Fantastic. [01:05:42] Speaker A: Four hope. Okay, so 22 with hope is a hit off damage. [01:05:47] Speaker E: Okay. So roll a damage. Then I'll add my D6 on top. [01:05:56] Speaker A: So 14 plus to 24. Okay. So you've noticed that her movements are becoming FISA's movements are becoming a bit more speedy. 24. The crossbow like flies. True. But then her wrist turns at the last moment and it's a glancing blow. That's minor damage. She takes a point of a hit point on her right hand as the crossbow like pings off. I'm gonna go ahead and spend a fear and ab. In her right hand. She swatted that bird out the. Pretty much out the air as she falls. Flinches as this Chris, as your crossbow bolt strikes her hand. Cooper, you are most likely looking towards her hand. Right. I mean you've. You just shot crossbow bolt in that direction, but you just get this tingle down your spine as Pfizer turns her head to look at you. And then with a whale, she opens her mouth her mandibles and her head looms down towards you and her head attempts to bite you. Oh, a seven to hit. [01:07:20] Speaker E: No, that's not it. [01:07:22] Speaker A: Okay. In which case like she brings her hand up her arm up to her mouth and there's a and I deafening snap of her mandibles as like her beak like, like upper like top and bottom and then the mandibles on the side clamp together. But you manage to effortlessly scoot out of the way because she is missed on an attack. I gain a fear and go back up to six. I'm done with that. Griffin [01:07:59] Speaker B: Garda, you're looking a bit stressed. Is that true? [01:08:06] Speaker D: Can you blame me? [01:08:12] Speaker B: Griffin's gonna. [01:08:13] Speaker E: Griffin's gonna go, come on, let's another go. Come on, let's go back. [01:08:17] Speaker B: And he's gonna cast inspirational word to hopefully clear what of your stresses? [01:08:22] Speaker D: You didn't think that eagles could sweat, but it turns out [01:08:28] Speaker F: sweating feathers. [01:08:34] Speaker B: Let me see how that goes. Clear stress. There you go. Clear a stressy there. [01:08:47] Speaker D: Thanks. [01:08:48] Speaker A: One less stress, guys. Down to five stress. [01:08:53] Speaker D: I've got options. I've got options. Gonna be fine. [01:08:59] Speaker A: Okay. [01:09:00] Speaker D: Am I able to like fly him over there as part of his. [01:09:04] Speaker A: Yeah. Well, does Griffin want to do anything from the ledge or are you happy to let Guardi airdrop you back in? [01:09:12] Speaker B: I mean, I can't cast fireball. [01:09:14] Speaker A: I'm guessing it's ledge. [01:09:16] Speaker D: Yeah, might as well. [01:09:17] Speaker C: Might as well. [01:09:17] Speaker B: Might as well do it from the ledge. Yeah, let's go and cast a fireball. [01:09:20] Speaker A: See how. Where are you casting a fireball at? [01:09:24] Speaker B: I'm going to do it on the wing, actually. Cuz the. How far away is the face? [01:09:27] Speaker A: So the. So fundamentally your. I think the right wing, the head, the left wing, the left arm are all at far right because. Yeah, because of the way she's turned. I will say. So the two of you up on the ledge with your vantage point, you notice that only her right wing is unfurled and. Got it. You know this implicitly because the thing just like wind buffeted you and like she seems to be able to use it. Her left wing, however, is looks. It's currently curled up and you notice that on the back of it like she. As she turns to sort of like bite at Cooper, you turn to. You're able to see the back of the wing and the heart. The pretty much the entirety of the surface of her left wing is covered in heavy crystallization, which is clear. It's almost bonded it to her torso. She's unable to flap or do Anything with it. But there is so much crystallization. Like, it looks like if. If she. If these were barnacles, that would be an amount of barnacleization that would threaten her. Well, being pretty much the entirety of her left wing has been crystallized. [01:10:53] Speaker D: Right. [01:10:54] Speaker A: Just gonna give you that. [01:10:56] Speaker B: Do we want to be nice and get rid of that on her left wing, or do we want to leave it because she can't attack us with it? [01:11:08] Speaker C: I think if we've already done a reasonable damage to her head, we could probably finish it. [01:11:13] Speaker B: Probably finish off the head. Yes. I will then cast a fireball on her head. [01:11:20] Speaker A: Okay. In the face. Right in the face. [01:11:22] Speaker B: Right in the face. [01:11:28] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:11:28] Speaker A: Might as well. [01:11:29] Speaker B: Yes, I will go. [01:11:33] Speaker E: It's a crit. It's a seven crit, but it is a crit. It's amazing. [01:11:42] Speaker A: You are making up for lost time here. We are Bible crits. We love them so much. Right? 101. The number to beat. [01:11:51] Speaker C: Let's go, Bubble. [01:11:53] Speaker F: Quick, get in there. [01:11:56] Speaker B: Big numbers, big numbers. 81. [01:11:59] Speaker C: 81. [01:12:01] Speaker A: But a little baby. 81. Okay, Griffin, you so first of all, clear of stress if you haven't already and gain hope. If you haven't already. [01:12:11] Speaker B: No, I haven't. [01:12:12] Speaker A: Let me know when you have. [01:12:18] Speaker B: And gain a hope. [01:12:21] Speaker E: Come on. [01:12:22] Speaker A: There we go. [01:12:22] Speaker B: I'm done. [01:12:23] Speaker A: Okay, so you're up to four hope so as are you doing there? I do a shredding it out. It's a concertina. [01:12:32] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:12:33] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:12:34] Speaker A: Okay. As you shred out another fireball from your concertina, it hurtles towards Fizer. She's just trying to clamp down on Cooper's. On Cooper. The whole of Cooper. And as she pulls her head back, this fireball hits her square in the head with enough. Enough ferocity that it knocks her sideways. 81 damage is severe damage. Yay. And as she rocks and takes three damage to the noggin, She, like, you see this explosion rip out through the ice. And thankfully, she's pulled her head away. But the explosion won't catch anyone else in the explosion. And then as the flames and smoke dissipate free head. She lets out a. Like a roar of pain. And you realize that the crystal has, for all extents and purposes, been, like, blown away by the concussive force of your fireball. And, like, her head is largely free now of corruption. Okay, congratulations. Down. So you've just thrown this fireball and like, you've seen the. Like, the crystal was vanished from her head. As her head returns to where it was, she turns to look at You. And now is it more intimidate now intimidating because she can see you with both eyes. And as she turns to regard you, her wing, her right wing explained, extends outwards and it, like, fly, like, comes in at speed. And from. From the surface of her wing, ice and hail and snow explodes outwards into the room. And as a reaction she casts. You are all enveloped in a blizzard. The room now is like the. As the snow washes over, the six of you is so thick that you can barely see one another. So whilst the blizzard is active, you cannot hear or see anyone outside of melee range of you, which means you cannot do tag teams with people who are not in melee range of you. Additionally, moving across her is now with disadvantage. And, yeah, you are all, for all extents and purposes, blinded. Guardi. You also know that trying to fly in this blizzard has now become distinctly more difficult. So with that in mind, he wants to have next go. [01:15:43] Speaker F: Can I have a crack at this? [01:15:48] Speaker A: Yeah, absolutely. I am just gonna turn on. Turn on the blizzard. [01:15:57] Speaker B: More snow. [01:15:58] Speaker A: More snow. How. How hefty is that? Yeah, that's. So if I do that work. Yeah, close enough. Right. Sorry. Yes. Cass, off you go. [01:16:21] Speaker F: Cass, would. I would like to unleash chaos at this massive block of crystal. [01:16:27] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. [01:16:29] Speaker F: So that's a spellcast roll. And first. Yeah. Within far range. [01:16:38] Speaker A: So bear in mind, you have got a channel raw. No, not. That's not the one I was looking at. Have you got. How much hope you got? You got three. You could. So you got your volatile magic. As an aside. You can re roll damage if you're not happy with how much damage you've done. [01:16:53] Speaker F: And because I have three on my spellcross roll, I can do three takes. So that's three D10s. [01:17:00] Speaker D: Yes. [01:17:03] Speaker A: Okay. You should add. [01:17:04] Speaker E: Add Coraline if you can. [01:17:06] Speaker A: If you'd like to spend a hope. Yeah. So I guess Coraline will give you another D10. Make it four D10 as these blasts of lightning get enveloped in blue flame. [01:17:19] Speaker C: Yes. [01:17:20] Speaker F: So I need to roll the spellcast roll first. Oh, it will roll this time. [01:17:28] Speaker D: Nice, nice, nice, nice. [01:17:30] Speaker A: So we want to hope that is a hit. And make sure to add your hope. [01:17:34] Speaker F: I will. [01:17:34] Speaker A: I have. [01:17:35] Speaker F: So that is. I think I just need to. I think I have to roll that by myself. I think that's. Yeah. So that's 4D10, do you say with Coraline's help. [01:17:49] Speaker A: Yes, absolutely. [01:17:51] Speaker F: There we go. The 16. But I'm. I might re. [01:18:05] Speaker A: Roll the two. [01:18:09] Speaker F: Did I get a one? I didn't see that. [01:18:17] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:18:18] Speaker A: Are you using the. Yeah. So 1, 2, 6, 7. So we're using the volatile magic. [01:18:28] Speaker F: One of the tens. [01:18:30] Speaker A: So you can re roll the one and two if you're using volatile magic. [01:18:33] Speaker F: Oh, can I? Because I've only got. I only had enough three hopes for one of them. [01:18:37] Speaker A: Yeah. To revolt any number of your damage. [01:18:40] Speaker F: I'll roll another 10 now. That's excellent. [01:18:43] Speaker A: Okay, so six, seven. Nice. Another seven. So 14, 20, 24 damage in total. Okay, so what. What does this unleash chaos look like as you tag pseudo tag team with Coraline? [01:18:59] Speaker F: It's basically just a blast of lightning from Cassie's hands just straight out towards. Because we're in this blizzard. The last time that she saw the. This arc of crystal. Thankfully it's quite big and I think quite hard to miss. [01:19:15] Speaker A: Okay. In which case the. Your blue flame strength and lightning like strikes into the. The scythe arm and Fizer Roars has 24 damage. She Roars in pain. So it's clear that you've connected. And the. There's a moment where the blizzard kind of thins out enough that you can see the damage and you realize that the blizzard seemingly has almost protected the blade somewhat. It takes minor damage for another point, but you roll with. Okay, so you've done that. Who I think let's switch across to. Actually, before we switch across, I'm going to spend a fear to interrupt. And first of all, first of all, abe, please take 16 hit points of damage as her hand kind of crushes you in her grip again. And as she does that, she pulls her hand, her left arm back and she's still like looking towards Griffin and Guardi on the ledge and it looks like. Looks like. Like her hand begins to. [01:20:56] Speaker C: I mean, FIs are doing a tag team now. [01:21:01] Speaker A: Yeah, she. She swings at Griffin with me. [01:21:09] Speaker E: Yay. [01:21:10] Speaker A: That's a five to hit. Okay. In which case, Griffin presumably spirited away in Guardi's talons. You watch as Abe carry toward and the rock cracks under Fizer's fist as she punches where you were. And Abe, you are just kind of showered in fragments of. Of cave stones. [01:21:36] Speaker F: So sorry, Ab. I'm so glad it's you and not any of us. [01:21:42] Speaker A: Between Griffin and Abe who would like [01:21:44] Speaker C: to go, how does one get out of this predicament? [01:21:49] Speaker A: It's a very good question, isn't it? [01:21:53] Speaker E: I'm sensing like Disney Hercules pushing out of the hand. [01:22:02] Speaker A: Like I will say where she's got you. She's only got two digits, right? So I can almost imagine that your axe arm is poking out between her two digits. So you've. You've got a free swinging hand. [01:22:14] Speaker C: Yeah, but if I hit and then, like. [01:22:21] Speaker D: Like fallen 30ft before. [01:22:23] Speaker C: Yeah. Just a day in life. All right. Can I. [01:22:28] Speaker F: Can I hit? [01:22:29] Speaker C: The hand that feeds that hand holds [01:22:32] Speaker A: the hand that crushes the hand that crushes. You can indeed. You will get advantage, funnily enough, because I'm in it. Yeah, I know. You can swing in any direction, and you'll most likely hit her or me or myself. Or yourself. [01:22:50] Speaker C: That's a 16. [01:22:52] Speaker A: 16. That is a hit. [01:22:54] Speaker C: Because I am worried about hitting myself. [01:22:58] Speaker A: That is a hit. [01:23:00] Speaker C: Fab. Oh, demarche. It's a 21. [01:23:11] Speaker A: 21. Okay. You swing and you, like, hit. Hit a bottom digit. But it's awkward to swing when you're trying not to lop off your own leg. That is minor damage. She takes one hit point on her left arm. You are still held. You. We rolled with fear. I will. I will. As you swing at her hand in the blizzard, she rears her head. Oh, no. She can't. She can't roar because you've just. You've turned off her head. [01:23:47] Speaker C: We've turned off the head now. [01:23:49] Speaker A: Okay. [01:23:50] Speaker B: No more head. [01:23:51] Speaker C: No more. [01:23:52] Speaker A: You know what? She. You've just swung at her hand, and she's feeling quite grumpy about that. So, Abe, you, like, you swing and like, she lets out this. This yell of pain seemingly. And then you feel your world kind of like you feel your stomach lurch as you're lifted up, and then you're turned upside down foot as she lifts her left hand above her head. [01:24:18] Speaker C: We don't like it. [01:24:20] Speaker A: And the problem is no one else can really see this happen because of the blizzard. You hear it. Oh, no. And then, like, you get that sense of weightlessness as you're upside down, and then suddenly your stomach lurches back the other way as she arcs her arm back over her head. And as she gets it to about shoulder height, she releases you and just pancake tosses you into the ground. [01:24:49] Speaker C: Cannonball. [01:24:51] Speaker A: I have to deal 3d20 damage to you. 26 damage as you hit the ground at near terminal velocity. [01:25:03] Speaker F: 26. Brushing that off. [01:25:10] Speaker B: Just another Tuesday for Abe. [01:25:13] Speaker C: I'll take a hit point, I guess [01:25:18] Speaker A: in a crater. [01:25:23] Speaker C: That's one hit point, Dan. [01:25:27] Speaker E: So Dragon Ball Zico did when it was going to like the mountain. And they're like, I'm here. That is what I'm getting from this. [01:25:36] Speaker F: If it had been any of the rest of us, we'd be Gone. [01:25:39] Speaker B: Yeah. We'd be pancaked right now. [01:25:42] Speaker E: And that was a low role. [01:25:43] Speaker B: Really. [01:25:44] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:25:45] Speaker A: That was a very lucky role. Jesus. Okay, so that's Fizer's reaction. Done. I think G's been very patient. [01:25:56] Speaker C: Right. [01:25:57] Speaker A: I'm out of her hand. You. You're shouting, but your voice is just getting carried away in the blizzard. [01:26:07] Speaker E: What? [01:26:10] Speaker A: Yeah, I think. I think Gardy needs a turn. What's Gardy doing? [01:26:13] Speaker D: Sweet. I have. I have in my bag of eagle tricks, bird's eye view. [01:26:24] Speaker A: Okay. [01:26:25] Speaker D: That says once per rest while I'm airborne. I can ask you a question about the scene below without me into roll. The first time I make rec to accident information. Gain advantage on the roll. [01:26:34] Speaker B: Okay. [01:26:35] Speaker A: Interesting. [01:26:36] Speaker D: Done. [01:26:37] Speaker A: Yes. [01:26:38] Speaker D: Where's her face? Can I see it through the blizzards? [01:26:42] Speaker C: You. [01:26:43] Speaker A: Okay, so you're. If you're getting a bird's eye view, you manage to fly up and you notice that this blizzard that's kind of encompassing her like she is inadvertently in a bit of an eye of the storm. Like there is a. It is thinner above her head as this blizzard kind of swirls immediately around her. And if nothing else, like getting some height means that you're not being kind of peppered with like chunks of ice and hail and sleep. So, yeah, you get a moment's reprieve as you fly like high above her head. And you can see that. Yeah, you. You've got a clear line of insight to her head. I will go ahead and say because of the whole question bit, this blizzard appears to be something she's fundamentally concentrating on. She's channeling it, if you will. And there is nothing better at disrupting someone's concentration than mild head trauma. [01:27:48] Speaker D: That's my favorite thing. I'm gonna go seagull mode. I want to try and like dive bomb her down the center of the center of the storm. [01:27:57] Speaker A: You've still got me, by the way. [01:27:59] Speaker D: You'll be fine. Don't worry about it. [01:28:03] Speaker A: You are the bomb. [01:28:07] Speaker D: I'm relying on you to fix stuff if this goes horribly wrong. [01:28:10] Speaker A: Okay. [01:28:13] Speaker D: I don't suppose you've got anything you can help me with over you. [01:28:17] Speaker B: I mean, I can give you a. [01:28:18] Speaker A: Do you want a tag team? [01:28:20] Speaker B: I'm gonna say we could tag team. [01:28:22] Speaker A: Unlimited tag teams. [01:28:24] Speaker D: We could. That's a lot of hope for a [01:28:26] Speaker C: body part for just that. We've already healed. [01:28:28] Speaker D: We've already done. [01:28:31] Speaker B: I can give you an inspiration. Well, not inspiration. I can. I can give you advantage. I can spend a hope to give you advantage. [01:28:37] Speaker D: Yeah, it's all right. Maybe you can help me out. [01:28:41] Speaker B: I see it too. [01:28:43] Speaker C: Thanks. There's her head. There you go. [01:28:50] Speaker B: Spent a hope. [01:28:51] Speaker D: Cool. [01:28:52] Speaker A: Cheers. [01:28:53] Speaker D: Here we go. [01:28:58] Speaker B: Oh, you didn't even need it. [01:29:00] Speaker C: It's a crit. [01:29:02] Speaker A: It's a crit. [01:29:03] Speaker F: Yes. [01:29:05] Speaker A: A hearty crit as well. [01:29:06] Speaker D: Going for the peepers. Let's go. [01:29:09] Speaker A: Okay. [01:29:09] Speaker D: Yes. [01:29:19] Speaker A: Okay. In which case how. Yeah, what. What exactly is it that you're doing? [01:29:26] Speaker D: I'm just gonna like, just go into like a classic bird of prey, stoop and punch her in the head with my talons as like little fists. [01:29:37] Speaker A: Okay. So hopefully you flip Griffin onto your back first. [01:29:42] Speaker D: Yeah, he's on there. [01:29:45] Speaker A: Rather than using him as boxing gloves, smacking me about ragdoll. [01:29:53] Speaker D: I just hold you. I'll hold you by the legs, just swing you into it. [01:29:58] Speaker A: In which case, Griffin, you feel like you're. You're kind of being ragdolled by this huge bird of prey that you. You. You know is Guardi, but sometimes feels personal. But as you're throwed onto your back. Yeah, the two of you can dive. I can imagine the wings come in to get as much velocity as you can. Talons out. You claw into her like, good eye. The way one that wasn't covered in the crystallization. And as your talons sink into like, sink through the membrane into a like hexagonal sectioned eye. She lets out a scream. As 38 damage is major damage. Now the head is as you're, if you've correctly said, has been kind of cleared. But as she sort of like screeches in pain as you attach yourself to her eyeball, she staggers a few steps and you immediately feel the blizzard begin to weaken. And I will turn off the blizzard. We are now back to normal. You're able to see a reasonable distance and you're able to hear one another. So Cooper, Cass, and Coraline. Yeah. You can see Guardi. Well, yeah, presumably Gardi with Griffin on his back just attached to the side of Pfizer's face via the eyeball. And you also see [01:31:29] Speaker C: snow angels in the ground. [01:31:30] Speaker A: Abe in a Dragon Ball Z deadpost on the ground. Amazing. Okay. As the blizzard clears and you're able to see what you're doing, let's grab a quick 10 minute break. So yeah, we're gonna disappear for. For 10 minutes. So we'll be back at just around about quarter past nine. If you are enjoying this, make sure to hit the like button. Subscribe to us on YouTube. Follow us on Twitch. Join us in our discord because when we get back, we're gonna carry on knocking slugs. Knocking seven bells out of a God. It's going well so far. It's going well. [01:32:13] Speaker C: Right, one down. [01:32:15] Speaker A: See you all in 10 minutes. Hello and welcome everyone to Explorers of Elswell. Welcome back. Oh, that was a bit sudden. We return for our Act 2 finale where we have our five heroes, plus a mayor who's just along for the ride. Currently having a punch up with a world spirit, a primal deity. I am. Thank you for. For joining us. Which like, I'm glad that this. I'm glad you're enjoying it. This is. This is going well. I feel. This is going well. I think it is going well. [01:33:08] Speaker C: I thought we'd be much more beaten up by now. [01:33:10] Speaker A: Well, yeah, I'm gonna attempt to run higher than a 10. [01:33:18] Speaker C: No, I like. I like how you're going so far. [01:33:20] Speaker A: I like her down. I've had a little pet talk. She just needs to believe in herself. She just. Yeah, you just need to get on track. Right. With that in mind, let's see if my. If my lecture of Pfizer has done anything. Let's jump you guys back over into this boss fight. So we find there's five of the six of you at various parts in and around Pfizer. So Cass, Coraline and Cooper, you are currently clinging onto her right arm, currently blasting holes out of the wicked scythe like appendage attached to her palm. Gardi and Griffin, you are currently attached to her head, primarily her eyeball, thanks to via Goddy's talons. And Abe is approximately a foot and a half in the ground in. In this sort of like little snow crater, having just been launched like baseball launched directly at terra firma. But he's fine. He's. He's shaking it off. So this is where we're currently at. The blizzard that she has conjured has just been dissipated thanks to Guardi's intervention. Who would. You know what? You know what? Safe doing [01:34:56] Speaker E: a sleep. [01:35:02] Speaker C: Have a little sleep. [01:35:02] Speaker A: I mean, if you want to stay on the ground so I can use her leg attacks, that'd be great. No, she's got a massive tarsus from. [01:35:13] Speaker C: Yeah, I know. [01:35:14] Speaker A: What a tree. [01:35:14] Speaker C: I designed it. From Abe's perspective. [01:35:23] Speaker A: Yeah, she's huge. [01:35:25] Speaker C: She's big and she's everything you want [01:35:28] Speaker A: for in a woman. [01:35:28] Speaker C: She's both left and right leg corrupted. [01:35:32] Speaker A: Yes. [01:35:33] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:35:34] Speaker A: And they're also both on the ground. [01:35:36] Speaker C: Yeah, let's. Let's run up that leg then let's do the left leg. [01:35:40] Speaker A: Left leg. Okay. In which as you pick yourself up, I can only imagine Abe just grumbling and grim. [01:35:50] Speaker C: Start all over again. [01:35:56] Speaker A: In which case. Yeah. As you go loping towards. Towards her left leg. Yeah. I'm gonna need a strength or agility for you to begin your climb. [01:36:03] Speaker C: Strength, please. [01:36:05] Speaker A: Okay. [01:36:09] Speaker C: Thanks. Advantage. Because I'm climbing a rock face a mountain. [01:36:18] Speaker A: What. Yet win your honor. I. I will say you can. Right now you're on relatively flat ground. It's only created. Cuz. [01:36:25] Speaker C: Yeah, but I'm pulling up. [01:36:34] Speaker A: I didn't need it. 25 of fear. Okay. You. You managed to leap and jump onto like halfway up her shin, like on the side of a. On the side of a calf. So you are attached that you have wrong with fear. I will [01:36:57] Speaker C: she. [01:36:58] Speaker A: As you leap onto the leg, you feel like you were going to get higher, but she begins to lift her left leg as you jump up onto it. So you've managed to kind of catch on, but you realize that if this leg comes down with you attached to it, you might just get jettisoned back to the ground if she fundamentally shakes you off. But yeah, her leg is currently up in the air. I'll pass it back to you so you can carry on doing something. [01:37:24] Speaker C: Does that mean I need to get myself even higher? [01:37:28] Speaker A: Well, so at this point, you could do a mad scramble. You could probably scramble up onto her torso and then that would save you from the. The concussive force that would rip up her leg if she slams it. [01:37:40] Speaker C: Let's go up to torso then. [01:37:43] Speaker A: Okay. So now you will have advantage because you're climbing a craggy, rocky leg. [01:37:48] Speaker C: Yes. Yes. [01:37:53] Speaker A: Precisely what Abe was designed for. [01:37:55] Speaker C: Yes. Adventure. [01:38:03] Speaker A: There's a 1414 with fear. You attempt to. Like, you attempt to climb as quickly as you can, but like your. Your hands begin to slip. Slip along her slipping thigh. [01:38:21] Speaker C: Yeah, exactly. I'm just climbing her thigh and it just hit me. [01:38:26] Speaker A: And she brings her leg down. It cracked the ground like the ice sheet cracked underfoot. And these ice spikes once again, like, burst up out of the ground. Abe, I'm gonna need a. A strength or agility reaction roll to see if you hold on. If you. Oh, geez. If you don't manage to hold on. And this isn't. This is just a straight. So no advantage because you're not climbing. You're just trying to desperately hold on. Oh, okay. You hold on for dear life and like you feel yourself come away. And so you're just barely holding on with one hand and managed to pull yourself up. And as you look down, you realize it would have been a bed of like ice icicles, like pointed up icicles that you would have landed on. So you. You've successfully saved yourself from some severe primal acupuncture. I. I reckon me we stick with Abe if he wants to. I mean, you can. She foots on the ground now, so you can do what you like. Really? I will [01:39:38] Speaker C: smash. [01:39:42] Speaker A: And that comes later. Livy. [01:39:44] Speaker C: Sorry. For members only. [01:39:50] Speaker A: So are you going for the crystals [01:39:51] Speaker C: along the crystals on her thigh, please. [01:39:55] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. Yeah, Absolutely. Roll to hit. You got advantage because you're on it. [01:40:01] Speaker C: On it, on it. It's crit. [01:40:03] Speaker E: That's a crit. [01:40:04] Speaker B: Oh, nice, nice, nice. [01:40:06] Speaker A: Bloody hell, you lot. Okay, crit. So you, if nothing else, first off, gain a hope and clear a stress. I think you're Max, aren't you? [01:40:15] Speaker C: My Max or hopes. I'll be clearing a stress. [01:40:18] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. And then roll for Dimash. [01:40:35] Speaker C: The baby. [01:40:36] Speaker A: 39 damage. Okay. So you managed to pull yourself up and kind of clinging to one of the ridges of a kite. And you bring your axe back with a heavy sweep. You do a hearty blow into the crystals on her leg, dealing major damage to her left leg. And the crystal kind of shears away under the. The marbled edge of your axe. Very good. Who would like to go next between say, Griffin or team Right Arm? [01:41:11] Speaker E: I'd like to go if it's okay. I am. I wanted to ask, like, how much damage has been done to the scythe crystal blade? [01:41:20] Speaker A: A fair amount. It looks like another good whack and it will shatter. [01:41:25] Speaker C: It must nearly be there. [01:41:27] Speaker E: Cool. Cool. In that case, I will save my suggestion of attack team because I only have four hope. And I will just fire at the scythe and see if I can get that last blow that we need. [01:41:42] Speaker A: Sure. [01:41:42] Speaker E: And save that hopefully. So. [01:41:44] Speaker A: Yeah, sounds good. Sounds good. So advantage for being on it. [01:41:51] Speaker E: Cool. I might spend a hope for excellent [01:41:57] Speaker A: M. And then there's a weak spot on the crystal that you've. You've spied. [01:42:04] Speaker E: And I'll see if that. Eighteen with hope. [01:42:10] Speaker A: An 18 with hope hit. Roll for damage. [01:42:14] Speaker E: Cool. So roll for damage. And then 15 points and then 3d6 for my sneak attack. [01:42:24] Speaker A: Okay, so 15 plus 14. 29 damage is major damage. And so as the blizzard clears and you're able to see your target again. Cooper. [01:42:37] Speaker E: Yeah. [01:42:38] Speaker A: You see that there is a stress point along the scythe jutting from this palm that you think if you strike that then the weight of it will just rip it. Rip the whole trunk away from Pfizer's hand. And as you release your. The held breath and pull the trigger, the bolt flies through, hits your mark, deals major damage. And with a shot, with a loud crack, the blade shatters, cleansing her right arm of corruption. [01:43:15] Speaker F: Yay. [01:43:16] Speaker A: No more safe, no more sight scythe, [01:43:19] Speaker B: but another free hand. [01:43:21] Speaker A: Oh, no. Very, very good. You gain hope, if you haven't already. [01:43:26] Speaker E: Yep. I just. I spent the hope, and I just left it there because. [01:43:31] Speaker A: Okay, very good. Do you want to carry on or pass on? [01:43:35] Speaker E: I was gonna say. So shooting at another section of the body. [01:43:41] Speaker A: Yes. [01:43:41] Speaker E: Is just. There's no advantage. It's just a straight roll, right? [01:43:45] Speaker A: Correct. [01:43:46] Speaker D: Correct. [01:43:46] Speaker C: Yes. [01:43:47] Speaker E: Cool. [01:43:47] Speaker C: You only get advantage. You're on your. [01:43:49] Speaker E: Cool. Cool. I. I was wondering because. Don't really want to be climbing onto. So obviously, the options we have now are the right wing or the right leg. I don't really feel like we should be doing any climbing right now. I feel like climbing. [01:44:04] Speaker A: It's not. You can climb, so you can move onto her torso or jump down onto her right leg. [01:44:09] Speaker F: And I can blink you again. [01:44:12] Speaker E: I tell you. I was just wondering about. We could do a tag team to shoot at the right leg, like, all three of us, because we've got Coraline's stuff. Plus, like, if we did attack team with your, like, unleash chaos or using a spell to use the crossboats, and then [01:44:32] Speaker F: just so we. [01:44:33] Speaker E: That's right. I'm happy to use my three hope for the tag team, but then we use an extra hope for Coraline, so then we can put. We can do as much damage to the right leg without getting onto it as possible. [01:44:44] Speaker A: You'll have enough of the tag team, but you won't have enough to pay Coraline her hope tax. [01:44:49] Speaker E: I have three hope and. No, I've got four. [01:44:52] Speaker A: I've got your four. Three at the moment. [01:44:54] Speaker E: No, I got four because I got a hope, and then I went to spend it, and then I got it [01:45:00] Speaker A: back, so I have four. Put it onto four. Okay. There we go. [01:45:04] Speaker C: Yes. [01:45:05] Speaker A: So you can play. You. [01:45:06] Speaker C: You. [01:45:06] Speaker A: You can pay Coraline the hope tax. [01:45:08] Speaker E: Okay, cool. Anyway, that's my plan. I kind of, like, say to everyone, like, let's just. Let's try and get as much we can on bat leg. Because I think. I think seeing Abe, like, hitting the other one feels sensible to try and hit the one below us before climbing onto it. We have to. We have to. But, you know, traversing down sounds like a bad plan rather down there. [01:45:33] Speaker F: But it would probably best to try and get it first. [01:45:35] Speaker C: Yeah, don't traverse down. [01:45:37] Speaker F: Just get. [01:45:37] Speaker C: Get thrown down. That's a really easy way to get down. And then you just walk your way back up again. [01:45:44] Speaker E: Yeah. Seeing Abe struggle to climb a leg has made me think twice about that. So yeah. So. [01:45:55] Speaker A: Okay, so which ability is. Is Cass using for the tag team? [01:46:00] Speaker F: Cat will use alimony. [01:46:03] Speaker A: We use alimony. Very good. Coraline will ensorcel Cooper's crossbow bolt presumably in which case. Yeah. As the two of you both take aim at the. So she's got. Pfizer's got a load of crystal emerging from her shin and from her upper of thigh. The shin looks like it's the more the most prominent concentration of corruption. So as you both take aim, please make your rolls. [01:46:28] Speaker E: Okay. [01:46:30] Speaker A: Really really cool. [01:46:31] Speaker B: Back to back. [01:46:32] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:46:33] Speaker E: Yeah, let's do it. Yeah. [01:46:34] Speaker A: Yes. Okay, so we have an 11 with hope or 25 with fear. Using the fear. [01:46:44] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:46:45] Speaker E: Yeah. [01:46:46] Speaker A: Okay, so I got to eight. That is a hit. Please both of you roll your dimage. Cooper, you won't get sneak. [01:46:58] Speaker E: Okay, That's 1313. What does Coralines do? [01:47:10] Speaker A: It's an extra extra damage dice. So another D. A D6. Another D6 for you. [01:47:24] Speaker F: I did my damage wrong. One second. Let me just redo that. [01:47:27] Speaker A: Okay. [01:47:28] Speaker F: I was not looking at the right. It is. There we go. [01:47:41] Speaker A: Okay, so 17 plus 13 plus one. [01:47:46] Speaker E: Because Caroline not below the one with Caroline. [01:47:50] Speaker A: I was at one. Okay, so 30. 31 damage to the right leg. So yeah, as the two of you go back to back, you both take aim, you both fire simultaneously. 31 damage is major damage. Damage a 2 fist sized chunks blasted out of the crystal on Fisa's leg. She takes two hit points of damage to her right leg. You have however rolled with fear. And as the two of you take aim and fire. The left arm swings round and material attempt to grab one of you and left to right. Cassandre, Coraline, Cooper. She is aiming for Cooper. [01:48:45] Speaker E: Okay. [01:48:47] Speaker A: And she rolls a 14 to hit. [01:48:53] Speaker E: Does a 14 hit? This is the question. It does not. Cuz I have 15 ovations. I know, I know. It's like. I know it's in the teens. I can't remember where [01:49:15] Speaker F: if she gone for me I got a 12. So thank God it was the wickly little man. [01:49:21] Speaker A: So yeah, she. She reaches for you. She grabs. But Cooper, you're able to you I can only assume you effectively do a surface a lap around her arm as she as her left hand like snatches. Snatches at her right. But you're able To. Yeah. Duck out of the way. She failed to hit, so she gains a fear. I feel like she's just gonna go ahead and attempt to grab one of you again. So we'll roll another D3. This time, it's going for Cass. I'm going to spend a fear. So it's two fear in total to get a plus three for Colossus experiences. [01:50:22] Speaker D: Being sick and not hitting. [01:50:24] Speaker A: I am displeased with Pfizer right now. Cass does a 13 hit. [01:50:35] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [01:50:40] Speaker A: You are grabbed and you take. So Cooper, you duck out the way as Fizer kind of clumsily tries to grip at you. And, like, as you come back into view, you then watch as the hands. Like, you almost hear the air moving out of the way as her hand comes back in. And this time, with you not there as a target, she instead grabs Cassandra. And Cassandra, you take 20 hit points of damage as her hand wraps around you. [01:51:18] Speaker F: Cool. I will. That's major damage. I'll spend an armor slot to take that to minor. [01:51:25] Speaker C: That's two. [01:51:25] Speaker A: Okay. And Cooper and Coraline, you watch as Cassandra is. Paul is lifted away by the left hand. And you are now gripped as you are swung away from the right arm [01:51:42] Speaker F: as she's pulled away. She will shout, keep his name. [01:51:51] Speaker A: As you. Okay, so as Cass's dragon away from Cooper and Coraline, Guardi, you are up top. [01:52:01] Speaker D: Cool. I'm gonna. I'm gonna go back to Guardi format. Classic. [01:52:06] Speaker A: Okay. [01:52:11] Speaker D: Indeed. Firstly, when it comes to potions, can I just have one, or is that the end of my. [01:52:22] Speaker A: No, no. Well, I mean, if I. Functionally, you can keep the spotlight as long as you like. [01:52:27] Speaker D: Oh, nice. [01:52:27] Speaker A: You can absolutely drink a potion and keep going. [01:52:29] Speaker D: I'm just gonna chug a potion. [01:52:32] Speaker A: Okay. [01:52:33] Speaker D: Of stamina. Because I'm feeling a little stressed. [01:52:37] Speaker A: Okay. [01:52:38] Speaker D: Lovely. [01:52:38] Speaker A: I have a little dipple. It's just whiskey. It's a ball. But isn't it just carving your nerves? [01:52:47] Speaker D: All right. Having just seen Abe turned into a comet, I don't want the same to happen to Cass. So I'm gonna try and vicious entangle and restrain its hand to the cliff edge with my vines. [01:53:11] Speaker A: Oh, okay. Okay. [01:53:16] Speaker D: Swivety with a D. It needs to do a. I don't know. Oh, no, you spellcast roll. [01:53:24] Speaker E: Of course. [01:53:24] Speaker D: That's how this works. That's how all of this works. Here it goes. [01:53:29] Speaker C: Nice. Nice. [01:53:31] Speaker D: 23 fearfully. [01:53:33] Speaker A: A 23 with fear. So I can. [01:53:36] Speaker D: I'm gagging for hope. Then I'm gonna be fearless again. [01:53:39] Speaker A: Okay. I think. Okay. So it's a 23 with hope. You. So Cass, you've just been grabbed and like the arm pulls across the front of Fizer's torso and like she holds you aloft like a prize and you then what like g. As you see this, you. The vines burst from the ledge and wrap around her wrist functionally. Okay. In which case. Yeah, Cass, you feel something shake. Like you feel her fist shake around you as these vines burst out. And Fizer's arm is pulled backwards towards the ledge by these kind of meter thick vines that have just burst from the cliff face. Okay. So her eyes. Harm cannot toss you to the ground, cannot cast you to the ground. Cass, while. While she is restrained. By all means, do your damage. Roll for damage, Guardi. [01:54:41] Speaker D: Oh, I have. I've done four. [01:54:43] Speaker E: Four. [01:54:45] Speaker A: That is minor damage. [01:54:48] Speaker C: Oh, you got a Guardi. [01:54:52] Speaker D: I could have rolled like 25 and it probably would have done the same thing. [01:54:55] Speaker A: So I'll take it. So the. The vines. There's some crystals in the. The wrist joint, like in. Underneath the kiting. And as the vines wrap around, it crushes the crystal into an almost like shardy powder like state. Yes. You deal a point of damage to the left arm, I think. While we're up there, was there anything else, Guardi? Are you happy now? That castle isn't going to get pancakes. [01:55:21] Speaker B: Nah. Like Griffin Helper. [01:55:23] Speaker A: I reckon we go to Griffin. [01:55:27] Speaker B: Well, I was going to say, do you want to do a tag team? [01:55:29] Speaker D: Yeah, I don't. I don't have enough hope. [01:55:33] Speaker B: My hope I've got through. Hope I can spend. [01:55:35] Speaker D: Oh yeah, for sure. Sounds great. [01:55:38] Speaker B: Nice. Yeah, let's do. Let's do a fireball on it. [01:55:42] Speaker A: Let's go. What are you fireballing, Hangardi? What are you. You doing as part of this fireball? Because I worry for your health. [01:55:52] Speaker D: I guess I just shoot at it with a. With my little wand gun. [01:55:58] Speaker A: I don't have much stuff. [01:56:00] Speaker B: Yeah, I mean, do you want to go for the left arm while it's still entangled or do you want to go. [01:56:07] Speaker D: Yeah, that makes sense to me. And it might. Might help Cass out as well. [01:56:11] Speaker A: Okay. You have to aim very carefully because Cass is potentially in the blast radius if you miss. [01:56:18] Speaker F: And I'd like to not be dropped. [01:56:25] Speaker A: So I. I'll go ahead. I'll put my blade hat here and say if we do roll with fear off the back of this tag team, Cass will end up in being in the blast radius. That will be my fear move. However, if you aim it right, she won't be because you're aiming at the upper arm, I assume. [01:56:48] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:56:49] Speaker A: So, yeah, if you aim it right, and Pfizer doesn't manage to, like, move to change the angle. [01:56:58] Speaker B: Let me just remove all my hopes. [01:57:03] Speaker A: Yeah, You. [01:57:03] Speaker D: You've got this. This is gonna be. [01:57:05] Speaker A: You've got two chances to roll. [01:57:07] Speaker B: Two chances to roll. [01:57:08] Speaker D: Two chances, no problems. [01:57:10] Speaker A: Okay, so to hit roll from Guardian, a spell check from Griffin. Zoop E. You've got a 10 with hope. [01:57:23] Speaker E: Got a 70 with hope. [01:57:25] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:57:26] Speaker A: Okay. A 17 with hope hits roll for combined damage. So you both, it turns out with tag teams, you both now gain hope. [01:57:41] Speaker D: Beautiful. [01:57:42] Speaker C: Oh, nice. [01:57:43] Speaker A: So, yeah, let me know when you've added your hope. So that is 36 damage from the fireball and from the gun, 22 from the staff. So 58 damage. [01:57:55] Speaker B: I will say with the fireball that you get to do a reaction roll to that. And if you fail, you take the full damage, but if you don't, if you succeed, you only take half damage from my fireball. [01:58:12] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. So, Pfizer. [01:58:18] Speaker D: Oh, does the restrain change that in any way? [01:58:21] Speaker A: I'm gonna say it gives a disadvantage, which for me is a hearty 2d20 roll. And I take the lowest. I roll a six. So she takes 58 points of damage. And, yeah, Cass, you, like, you're held aloft over Fizer's head. Head, and, like, she's looked up, and perhaps worryingly, the mouth is opening up as she holds you in the air. The vines then grapple the arm and kind of pull it taut just as this fireball and Guardi. [01:59:00] Speaker D: What? [01:59:01] Speaker A: What? Gets fired out of your short staff, like, blasts of primal power. [01:59:06] Speaker D: Oh, I think today I'll go with, like. They are, like, yeah, it's primal energy, but it's shaped like kind of glass shards almost swirl about. Fireball. [01:59:19] Speaker B: Can I say, as Gardi sort of, like, obviously got his. His staff, and he sort of pointed it towards Cass and said, help her. [01:59:26] Speaker A: Griffin's kind of gone, like, and he's [01:59:28] Speaker B: just wrapped his arms around Guardian, just [01:59:30] Speaker A: grabbed hold of his staff as well. [01:59:33] Speaker D: Oh, yeah. Okay. [01:59:35] Speaker C: We're basically doing Patrick. Yeah. Yes. [01:59:41] Speaker D: My staff shoots out a fire that's like the shape of a hawk. [01:59:46] Speaker A: Okay. In which this fire hawk smashes into Fizer's upper arm. The explosion rips out Cass. You feel the intense heat from this fireball kind of roar past you, but luckily, the Fizer's hand protects you from the. Yeah, you just feel like it. Maybe it's kind of nice to. To feel the heat in Such a. An arctic environment. But as the flames rip up 58 damage is severe damage. Oh, lovely. And as the flames disappear, The arm is cleansed of corruption. The crystals have blown away. Three of her three segments are now clear. However, how ever Cass, you are restrained by this army until it takes major or greater damage. I will spend a fear. And you are currently all the way up here. You're held above Pfizer's head. And as the explosion kind of knocks the arm away, the vines kind of snap as Pfizer tears her arm back and her hand loosens and you just free fall. You are currently plummeting down to earth. [02:01:22] Speaker F: Can I do something? Can I do a spell cast? Roll to fly? [02:01:28] Speaker A: Yes. [02:01:29] Speaker F: Not require hope. Because I have no hope. [02:01:34] Speaker D: Okay. [02:01:34] Speaker A: Okay. [02:01:35] Speaker F: That is in. I believe that's instinct. [02:01:39] Speaker C: Yes. [02:01:41] Speaker A: Do you? What? Oh, you've got no hope, have you? [02:01:46] Speaker F: Otherwise I'd blink. [02:01:47] Speaker B: Do you need to. [02:01:48] Speaker A: Oh, it's a bit. You've done it. Okay. Okay. So as you fall. As you're falling and tumbling like you can just see the. The inside of this cave just kind of spiraling around you. You can't. As you concentrate, you manage to cast the words and you feel yourself come to a stop as you just to stop in midair now floating around about waist height, so roughly in line with her torso. [02:02:20] Speaker C: Cool [02:02:24] Speaker A: as you. And as you land Pfizer, it's like pulled up so off the back of a fear. So I take a fear. She. She pulls back. [02:02:34] Speaker C: She. [02:02:37] Speaker B: And. [02:02:42] Speaker A: She will. She throws her head forward and actually no, she. So guardian Griffin York kind of on her head as you kind of cast this fireball. She. She roars and the wing. Her right wing kind of flaps again and a blizzard fills the room a second time. So the blizzard is back. I will pass back to Cass. As you haven't had managed to like do a thing yet. [02:03:33] Speaker F: So I have one action that I can do while flying before I drop again with my agility score. I get one token. So where am I close to closest to Abe, I think on the. On the leg, if Abe is still on the leg. [02:03:47] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. Abe's actually kind of up on the upper inner upper thigh, just where Abe wants to be. Although I should. I should say that you can't actually see a. Oh, yeah, of course. [02:03:59] Speaker F: I'm going to try and land on the nearest. Nearest body part that I can land on. [02:04:04] Speaker A: Okay. So I. Okay, roll me an agility. So tell me where you want to land, where you would like to land, and then the agility check Will tell us whether you land on that part or a different part. [02:04:19] Speaker C: Well, I. [02:04:19] Speaker F: Whatever. The closest thing to me. Whatever. The last thing I saw before the. [02:04:25] Speaker A: Arguably the arm, like the left arm that was holding you. [02:04:28] Speaker F: I mean, I will gladly head back towards. [02:04:35] Speaker A: I would say you were probably equidistant between the left arm and the right. Left arm and the left leg. [02:04:41] Speaker F: Does that mean that I could always go for the chest? [02:04:44] Speaker A: You could also. Yeah, yeah. [02:04:47] Speaker F: And then I can be there whenever we've smashed everything. [02:04:50] Speaker A: Sure. In which case. Yeah. Roll me. Your agility, Romy. Agility, I guess to try and get to the chest and then say the role will dictate if that's where you land. [02:05:00] Speaker F: Is that climbing or is that just navigating the wind? [02:05:05] Speaker A: I think it's really navigating because your. Your vision is almost like a few feet in front of you. So you're. You're almost trying to hear her through the roar of the blizzard to see where she is. Like, what. What's the shadow mass that you're heading towards? [02:05:21] Speaker F: Cool. Oh, that'll be a straight roll then. [02:05:31] Speaker B: You do have a rally dice as well. Still. [02:05:34] Speaker D: It's going to be a lot of rallying. [02:05:37] Speaker F: Quite a lot of rallying together somewhere. [02:05:40] Speaker A: Okay. Six with hope. So as you. You fly forward towards this sort of, like, dark mass that you can see in the blizzard. But, like, you put your hands and feet out, ready to land on something, and there's nothing there. It's just sleet and snow and blizzard. And as your. Your. So you're currently kind of hovering somewhere in the vicinity of Pfizer. Your spell is about to run out. Yep, I will. Okay, tell you what. Let's go. Left, right, odds, evens. [02:06:21] Speaker C: Okay. [02:06:23] Speaker A: Okay. You. I need you to throw me an agility check to see agility reaction. Check. Because you fly for what you hope is her torso. It's not your flying kind of fades away and you drift. 17 with hope. Very good. Or 17. You manage to successfully land on the left leg alongside a. You're on the. You're on the leg, and you just see cast, like, descend out through the blizzard and land on the leg next to you. Hello. It could only be a Hi. [02:07:04] Speaker E: You already know. [02:07:05] Speaker C: Speak, Grandpa. [02:07:10] Speaker A: Okay, so, Cass, I think. Cass, you've done. You've. You've landed. Is there anything you want to do whilst on this leg? [02:07:16] Speaker F: I am good. I am landed. I am done. I am. [02:07:20] Speaker A: Okay. Okay, let. [02:07:22] Speaker C: Who. [02:07:23] Speaker A: Who wants to step in? [02:07:26] Speaker B: I think Abe hasn't been for a while. [02:07:27] Speaker A: Okay, go. [02:07:28] Speaker C: I mean, I was. I'm heavy in hope. If I can tag team, I'm happy. I'm finally with someone. Can I take cast now? We're finally. [02:07:38] Speaker A: Yes. [02:07:39] Speaker C: In the same place. [02:07:41] Speaker A: Cass has descended through the blizzard like an angel. An angel with a gun and a ven. She's had a ruddy gun. [02:07:54] Speaker C: So, yeah, I mean, I spend the hope. Obviously. I'm going to smash. [02:08:00] Speaker A: Yeah. [02:08:01] Speaker C: How would you. Like how. What would you do? Cast alongside. [02:08:04] Speaker F: Smash does technically have a short stuff that she's never used. She can also smash. [02:08:12] Speaker A: I think alimony is probably doing more damage than shortcut right now. [02:08:16] Speaker F: Yeah, I think so. Yeah. Cass is, like, still reeling from plummeting. [02:08:28] Speaker C: He just moves it just kind of positions her in the right direction. [02:08:37] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. So you. You will still have. So because you're fundamentally in melee, you'll still have the advantage to hit the advance. Oh, no, sorry. You have disadvantage to hit. So it's straight rolls because of the blizzard. But yeah, if Abe. You spend your Hope. So Abe's gonna go down to three, I believe. Yeah. [02:09:02] Speaker C: Could I also add on an experience? [02:09:05] Speaker A: Yes. [02:09:05] Speaker C: Can I add on no man is an island. [02:09:07] Speaker A: Yes. [02:09:09] Speaker C: Using some have. Using someone. I mean, being helped. Yes. [02:09:14] Speaker F: Guiding. [02:09:16] Speaker A: Okay. Yeah. If you drop down to two hope, of course. See the roll first. Okay. We got 23 with fear. [02:09:28] Speaker F: Or. [02:09:34] Speaker A: If you do an attack roll with alimony, and then we'll compare [02:09:39] Speaker C: course. I think we might take the 23. [02:09:48] Speaker A: 23. Okay, so you. Okay, 23 with fear. That's a hit. If both of you would like to roll damage. I'll take up my fear. So we got 19 plus 18 is 38. 37. 37 points of damage to the left leg. So in which case, under the barrage of, like ax swings and shots from alimony, I'm just gonna quickly check for. I believe alimony has this powerful ability. So just quickly checking what that does. I believe you can get. It does more damage than it should. So you roll an extra dice and then keep the three highest, I believe. [02:11:13] Speaker F: Okay, so which extra. Oh, I roll an extra D6. [02:11:19] Speaker A: Yes. So it's powerful. We unacceptable. Attack roll additional dice and discard the lowest. So you roll another D6. And if it's higher than a three. Okay, never mind. [02:11:32] Speaker C: Can I mark and roll one of miners maximum damage. [02:11:37] Speaker A: Yes. [02:11:38] Speaker C: And I change my one. [02:11:44] Speaker A: Where is Abe? Okay, so you change a one to a max to an eight. So that's an extra seven. Okay, so an extra seven damage. So that's 26 damage from Abe. Do you want to spend a Hope and headbutt while you're here. [02:12:02] Speaker C: I might as well. [02:12:06] Speaker A: So 20. 26 from Abe plus 20. 26 plus 18. So 36. 44. [02:12:20] Speaker C: Roll the D6. [02:12:28] Speaker A: What did I say? 44 a second ago? So that's now 49. 49 damage between the two of you. Cool. Under the barrage of axe wings, gunshots, and inexplicably headbutts [02:12:46] Speaker C: whilst Cass is shooting. Completely reckless. [02:12:52] Speaker A: 49 damage is 1 higher than the severe threshold. It takes 3 hit points of damage to the left leg. So I can imagine it's the axes first, the guns second. And then, like Abe, as you watch Cass pull a hand back to sort like reload alimony, you realize it. The crystal's still kind of there, and you are driven by this. Keep a knee to just. And as you smash your head through, the crystal explodes away from your forehead. That is enough to destroy the crystal corruption on the left leg. And that section is now cleansed. Yay. [02:13:47] Speaker C: Cleansed with headbutts. [02:13:48] Speaker A: Cleansed by headbutts. 1, 2, 3, 4. Four of the segments have now been cleansed. I'm gonna ask Cast Romney a quick reaction roll. [02:13:59] Speaker F: Oh, God. [02:14:01] Speaker E: Which way? [02:14:01] Speaker A: You know what? You've got arcane sense. You feel the surge of arcane that's been running through Pfizer all this time seems to have weakened consideration considerably, as this. As Abe quite literally puts his face through the crystals jutting out of her upper thigh. You feel like the power emanating to the torso has now significantly reduced. [02:14:30] Speaker F: Is the storm still going? [02:14:32] Speaker A: If I shout, it's still going. [02:14:33] Speaker F: There is no point in shouting that to the gang. [02:14:37] Speaker A: You can shout it to a. [02:14:42] Speaker C: What are you talking about? [02:14:46] Speaker A: Separately. Separately. Cooper, you feel a hand on your shoulder, and Coraline, who sort of like holding on to this arm for dear life, she sort of, like, brings her hand to her mouth, and I think. I think she's weakened enough that I think the chest crystals. She shouts over blizzard. Okay, so with that in mind, who wants to go next? [02:15:15] Speaker E: Well, I was hoping to go next because I think Cooper's going through lots of emotions right now because Cass was. One minute Cass was in her hand. Next minute he saw the vines. Next minute he saw her fall, and then a blizzard happened. [02:15:30] Speaker A: Yes. [02:15:30] Speaker E: So by. Narratively, I don't think he knows if. Yeah, narratively, he hasn't got a clue that she's okay. He can't hear Abe or Cass destroying the leg because the blizzard. So he. So, you know, I. I feel like there was a moment before Caroline did That where I think he was going to run across. And Cory was like, she. You won't be able to see her. Like, they're like, he wouldn't have got, like. I think, like, there was a plan of mine to a jerky roll all the way across across before buddy got there. But I feel like, realistically, Coraline would have seen it coming and said, you won't get across. Like, it's too dangerous to. You won't get across. And so, yeah, so he's like, taking this moment to be like, well, I'm gonna shoot this torso in the. He's so angry. [02:16:19] Speaker F: He's gonna headshot that torso. [02:16:20] Speaker E: He's gonna headshot. [02:16:22] Speaker A: Unfortunately, you would. If you can see it. [02:16:27] Speaker E: Yeah, he's good. Well, he can. [02:16:28] Speaker F: He. [02:16:29] Speaker E: He's gonna go at it with his dagger. Then he's gonna get to it. He's gonna. He's gonna try. [02:16:33] Speaker A: And you can absolutely sort of like, attempt to, like, you've got, like. You can see that you're on the arm. So if you scrabble along the arm, you'll be treacherous, but you. At least you'll have, like. You can have a pretty good idea of where sure foot is. [02:16:47] Speaker E: He's got good agility. I think you can probably manage it. [02:16:51] Speaker A: So I will. I will say we're going to need a strength and agility check to clamber to the torso. However, the move, like, the checks to move are now with disadvantage because of the blizzard. [02:17:05] Speaker E: Okay, cool. Carefully, with rage, move across. So disadvantage. I have no hope, so I can't add anything. So we're just gonna have to hope for the best. [02:17:19] Speaker A: Gonna Raw dog. [02:17:20] Speaker E: It's of hope, though. I can add a hope. [02:17:25] Speaker C: We'll see. [02:17:26] Speaker E: We'll see how it's going. [02:17:27] Speaker A: So you add a hope to be [02:17:28] Speaker C: hopeful as you fall to the floor. [02:17:30] Speaker A: As you attempt, as you sort of like, scramble along the arm, you. You get to a. You get to sort of like just below the shoulder. And it's difficult. Like, you can't really go much further because there's these kind of large icicle like, shoulder spikes that are kind of barring your way. And there's just a moment where you're like, you're trying. You're trying to peer through the blizzard to see where, like, you can't leap without knowing where you're gonna land and your. Your weight, like. Yeah. You find yourself frozen as you're desperately trying to hold on, trying to calculate where it is you're going to jump. So you haven't left the Arm. But you haven't fallen either. Okay, so still on the arm. [02:18:15] Speaker E: In that case, I'm going to use [02:18:17] Speaker A: my hope well before you do. Before you do, I'm. I'm going to. Because you failed a roll. So I'm going to step in and I think the left leg is gonna rise up. And so I've spent my hope already. I'll spend another to bring the leg crashing down to earth. I need Abe and Cass to both make me. Agility or strength checks as the force of the legs colliding with the ground. Third time threatens to knock you. Reaction rolls. [02:19:04] Speaker E: Yes. [02:19:06] Speaker A: Yeah. Abe, you managed to hold on. [02:19:17] Speaker F: I was on mute. Is this for keeping balance? [02:19:23] Speaker A: It would be. Yeah. I think this is probably the most. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So advantage for you then. [02:19:28] Speaker C: Nice. [02:19:32] Speaker A: Look at you, Legolas in your way around. Okay, 18. Fine. You managed to stay on as well. So the leg collides with the ground and you shake around. I'm going to spend a third fear because, Cooper, there is a moment where you can see a glint of the red that you know is emerging from her torso. And in your mind you think, that's it. Like, I've got somewhere to aim for. And as you go to jump, you feel a searing pain through your mind, through your head. It cuts from your left eye, seemingly over the top of your skull and down your spine. And as you like, as your head flicks back and you whip it forward and you open your eyes, Your world is not one of arctic blizzard. It is one of searing heat and flame sky. And you feel yourself look up at the radiant form of a flaming bird atop a floating mesa. And you feel your hand grip tightly around the leather handle of your battle axe that glows with a sickly green. And I will advance Exo's clock by one segment. [02:21:21] Speaker E: Fun. Okay. I think he just scrambles to hold on again. He can't tell anyone anything because he can't see anyone. Doesn't know who's alive at this point. God. [02:21:34] Speaker C: See? [02:21:38] Speaker E: Okay. [02:21:41] Speaker C: Okay. [02:21:43] Speaker E: He's gonna try again for the torso. If that's okay. If anyone else. Unless anyone else wants to go [02:21:51] Speaker A: still with you. Yeah, go for it. [02:21:53] Speaker E: Okay, I will. I will again make my way across. But this time. Oh, do. [02:22:00] Speaker A: I mean, it seems quite bad. [02:22:03] Speaker E: Yeah, it does seem quite reckless. And I do have that as a hand. [02:22:07] Speaker A: You're literally aiming for a red glow in a blizzard. [02:22:13] Speaker E: I'm close. Yeah. If I'm close enough to hit it, I'm going to give it a go. [02:22:16] Speaker A: So. [02:22:16] Speaker E: Yeah. So even though it would be a bit of an advantage. Disadvantage still. [02:22:23] Speaker A: Yeah. [02:22:24] Speaker E: I'm going to add excellent aim. My one hope that I've got. [02:22:30] Speaker A: Okay. [02:22:31] Speaker E: And then I'm going to roll and see if I get anything. [02:22:35] Speaker A: So this is your hope to leap onto the torso? [02:22:40] Speaker E: Sure. I was going to. I was just going to crossbow it, but yeah. [02:22:42] Speaker A: So again, you can't. Like the P means you can't. You can see the glow, but you can't see where it is. But we can use this as your leap if you want. [02:22:51] Speaker E: I would much prefer that. If you'd like me to let me do that again and just do my leap instead, that would be great because I did not do that. [02:22:57] Speaker A: Well, sure. [02:23:02] Speaker E: Thank you. [02:23:03] Speaker A: No one would see you fall. [02:23:06] Speaker E: No, thank you. I. I will. I'll still spend my hope and I'll use reckless. [02:23:10] Speaker A: You got rally dice left? [02:23:12] Speaker E: No, I used it earlier. [02:23:13] Speaker A: Ah, okay. [02:23:15] Speaker E: So, yeah, so it's still disadvantage, but I'm rolling reckless to try and get across. Yes. All right. I do have the hope. Don't. Don't do this to me again. I do have the hope. Thank you. [02:23:28] Speaker A: Thank you. Okay. Oh, come on. [02:23:34] Speaker E: Sorry. Hang on, let me try again. Agility disadvantage. Reckless. Wrong. 15 with hope. [02:23:54] Speaker A: 15 with hope. Cooper, as your vision kind of snaps back to the present, you immediately feel the chill of Pfizer's blizzard kind of rip across your skin. Your senses are brought back to. To this red glow that you can see dimly emanating through this thick blizzard. And as you grimace, you bend your legs and you spring forward like a cat. You sail through white oblivion and land on the crystal on her chest. [02:24:37] Speaker D: Cool. [02:24:37] Speaker A: Do you want to make an attack immediately? [02:24:39] Speaker E: I want to dagger that son of a. [02:24:43] Speaker A: Hit roll to hit. [02:24:51] Speaker E: Badly. That was bad. Was so bad. And I have nothing. I have no hope. So. Oh, no, I gained a hope because I got a hope, right? [02:25:00] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [02:25:04] Speaker E: It's not going to make any difference, is it? [02:25:06] Speaker D: Have you got your rally? [02:25:08] Speaker E: No. [02:25:09] Speaker A: Have you got an experience? [02:25:11] Speaker E: Yeah, no, I do have experience. I have excellent aim. I can add plus three. Plus three with 15. [02:25:18] Speaker A: 15 with fear. [02:25:19] Speaker E: Yeah. [02:25:20] Speaker C: 15 with fear. [02:25:21] Speaker E: Yeah. [02:25:22] Speaker A: Is that better? Is that better? That's a hit roll for damage. [02:25:26] Speaker E: Thank you. I hate this game so much. Rolling for damage. Does my secret count attack count? Because it's. You can't see. [02:25:37] Speaker A: You are a melee. [02:25:38] Speaker E: Yeah, let's do that as well. So 1, 2, 3. That's a 28. [02:25:49] Speaker A: 28 damage. That is major damage. However, You are striking at a weak point when this segment marks HP from An attack within melee range. After four segments have been cleansed, it must mark an additional hit point. That is severe damage. And you plunge. Have you. Is this your normal dagger? [02:26:21] Speaker E: This is the normal dagger because I haven't got back the marble dagger I gave to Cassie my normal dagger. [02:26:26] Speaker A: In which case, spurred on by the force, the momentum of you leaping from her upper arm onto this crystal, your dagger drives deep. And the blade being small and kind of concentrating its force, it punches deep into the crystal. Crystal. And it cracks lengthways along from the top from the chest bone to the the tip of the crystal. That is severe damage. That is three damage that her torso takes. And Pfizer roars. I'm going to spend a fear. [02:27:10] Speaker E: It was already with fear, so. Oh. [02:27:13] Speaker A: In which case I came out. So she gains a fear and she is going to reach for you, Cooper, with her left. With her right. Well, either probably a left arm because that's got the ability. She's gonna attempt to grab. A 16 hit. [02:27:37] Speaker E: She grabs me this time. [02:27:40] Speaker A: So knowing exactly where you are, you feel these tree trunk thick fingers wrap round as you take 27 damage. [02:27:51] Speaker E: That's major damage. [02:27:53] Speaker A: So. Okay, do you want to spend armor to reduce? [02:27:55] Speaker E: I do indeed. Yeah. [02:27:57] Speaker A: Okay. But Cooper, you are carried away in her left hand. Who I think we go up to Griffin Guardi. [02:28:09] Speaker B: I've got an idea. [02:28:18] Speaker A: So I will say is for you two up here. You know the last time she cast a blizzard, Gardi put six holes in her eye and that dissuaded her from casting a blizzard anymore. [02:28:28] Speaker B: Yeah, I was thinking of doing something along the same lines, but not so aggressive. [02:28:34] Speaker A: Get in a rival and then cast fireball. [02:28:41] Speaker B: I would like to swap out one of my cards. [02:28:45] Speaker A: Okay. [02:28:47] Speaker B: So I'm going to. Let's see how I can do it on my character sheet. [02:28:53] Speaker A: Doing that manually have to chuck in your stress for you. You can just up and down it. [02:28:57] Speaker C: Yeah. [02:28:58] Speaker B: Loadout. Which one is it? Is the book of Iliad. That is the one that's too stressed. [02:29:06] Speaker A: I'll take you up to four. [02:29:10] Speaker B: Let me. I'm going to swap out words of discord. I'm going to put in book of illicit and I'm going to cast slumber on her head to make her head fall asleep. [02:29:24] Speaker C: Just her head? [02:29:25] Speaker B: Just her head. [02:29:28] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. [02:29:31] Speaker B: Make a spell cast roll against the target within very close range. On a success, they're asleep until they take damage. [02:29:39] Speaker A: Okay. Yeah. Make your spellcast roll. [02:29:42] Speaker B: I have some hope going to spend my. I'm gonna. I'm gonna spend a hope to use my knowledge of arcane magic on top [02:29:55] Speaker D: of that as well. [02:29:56] Speaker A: Yes. Roll it [02:30:01] Speaker D: nice. [02:30:01] Speaker B: 22 with fear. [02:30:02] Speaker A: 22 with fear. So I gain a fear. And as you cast this spell, you watch as Fizer's heads, like, suddenly slumps slightly. And as she, like you feel her begin to sway and stagger a little bit, I think it's fair enough to say that [02:30:29] Speaker C: just come to the front wheel. [02:30:34] Speaker A: So because she is comprised of like eight body bits, the sleep won't. She won't fall asleep, but she is. She is like heavily grow. Like she's in that position where her head is feeling heavy and she's lolling, however, so you do successfully like as you cast a spell. As her concentration lapses, it does stop the blizzard. The blizzard once again peters out as she. As her head is filled with this sort of like, arcane magic that's threatening to sort like, knock her out. And she. She starts staggering a bit stupefied as the magic does its work. She'll still have to spend the fear to. She'll have like, disadvantage on anything until she shakes. Shakes condition. But Griffin, you have cleared the blizzard. Is there anything you want to do? Do you want to pass over to Guardi or someone else? [02:31:29] Speaker B: Pass it over to Gardy? Yeah, okay. [02:31:31] Speaker D: I want to kill. [02:31:34] Speaker A: Yes, I suppose before you do. Beg my pardon. [02:31:44] Speaker D: Oh, my goodness. [02:31:46] Speaker A: I'm gonna spend a few. And in the left hands, Cooper, you like you. Your arms are crunched in as this hand sort of like holds you and you. You see the blizzard kind of clear out. And you can like, you get a chance as the arm swings around that you're. You're tilted forward and like, you can see that clinging on to the. Her like Pfizer's inner left thigh. You can see Cass and Abe are safe and sound on the thigh. And as you kind of take this moment to get a feeling of, like, hope, another sharp blast of pain rips through your mind. And you feel yourself like that feeling of weightlessness as you're. Well, that feeling of being gripped by something large like, spills into your vision as the cold gives way to the heat. And you look and realize you're not in Pfizer's hand. You're in a talent. And as you kind of look around, you can see the Titan isles getting smaller and smaller beneath you as you rise higher and higher up into the clouds. And with a. You bring your left arm up in a devastating arc. And your ax bites deep into Bunan's leg. I'm advancing the exo Clock once more. Back to you, Guardi. [02:33:20] Speaker B: All right. [02:33:24] Speaker D: If I want to climb onto the torso. [02:33:28] Speaker A: Yes. [02:33:28] Speaker D: And attack the big attacky spot. [02:33:30] Speaker A: Yes. [02:33:31] Speaker D: In a manner that could be described as a tag team. [02:33:34] Speaker A: Yes. [02:33:36] Speaker D: Can I. Like, how does. Do we both need to roll to get onto the torch? Say, how does that work? [02:33:43] Speaker A: Who are you tag teaming with? [02:33:45] Speaker D: My. My sweet boy. My Griffin. [02:33:48] Speaker A: The sweet boy or Griffin? I will say. I think you'll both need to make the agility roles separate. Cool. [02:34:02] Speaker D: Are you. Are you up for that, Nate? [02:34:05] Speaker B: Yeah, sure. [02:34:06] Speaker A: Coraline will also attempt to make it to her torso. [02:34:17] Speaker C: We'll meet in the middle. Is it like when you'll get lost at the. At the fair and we just all said, oh, you're all gonna have a [02:34:23] Speaker A: regroup [02:34:26] Speaker C: 20 past 10. Let's all get to the middle, and we're all regroup at this point. [02:34:32] Speaker A: Okay. So, Guardian Griffin, if you both roll me agility checks or strength checks, as you checked. As you attempt to make your way down. [02:34:42] Speaker D: Oh, no. [02:34:43] Speaker A: Do not use garbage roll. Essentially, use Griffin's role. Yeah. Gy. Have you got anything to do? Anything? [02:34:57] Speaker D: I was considering plummeting into the abyss, [02:35:01] Speaker A: in which case letting it take you as the two of you, like, leap forward, like, fundamentally swan dive off of Pfizer's, like, the front of her snout type thing. And as you go, there's a loud, like, bite sound as she tries to snap at you, but the sudden movement of her head. Griffin, you managed to dive off first, and you are on target. Oh, Griffin. As you go. As you go. [02:35:40] Speaker E: Okay. [02:35:43] Speaker D: Oh, yeah. [02:35:43] Speaker A: 17 hits. [02:35:46] Speaker B: Yes, it does. But I would like to cast arcane deflection to negate the damage, in which [02:35:55] Speaker A: case you arcanely deflect 31 damage. What does this look like? So I don't think you've used it before. [02:36:07] Speaker B: Actually, to be fair, I don't think I can spend it because I need [02:36:12] Speaker A: to spend a hope, and I don't have any hope. No, I didn't get chumped. Okay, so you get Trump for 31 damage. [02:36:26] Speaker B: That is severe damage. So I'm gonna spend an armor slot. [02:36:31] Speaker A: You're correct, Archpendragon. That does stink. It stinks of sweet, sweet damage. [02:36:42] Speaker B: So pleased with himself. [02:36:45] Speaker A: I've finally hit with my literal God. [02:36:50] Speaker B: Yes, I will spend. I will spend an armor slot to turn that down into major damage, and then. Okay, two hit points. [02:36:58] Speaker A: Okay. In which case, Griffin, you feel something tear as her mouth, like, clamps down, but you still managed to sort. Like, she doesn't catch you with her mouth she just kind of rips up your leg with, like, the. The spikes that line her mandibles. So you carry on plummeting down towards the torso. You are on route, guarding the flick of her head as she goes to bite. Griffin throws you off, and you are met in midair by Coraline, who has leaped forward to catch you. And as the two of you collide in midair, she grabs you, uses the. The momentum of her jump to spin you round, and she's gonna let you re. [02:37:49] Speaker F: Roll. [02:37:49] Speaker A: Your agility or strength? Check. [02:37:51] Speaker D: Oh, sick. [02:37:54] Speaker C: What a babe. [02:37:57] Speaker E: Stunning. [02:37:57] Speaker D: What a baby. [02:38:03] Speaker A: You land on target at 22 with hope. Please mark your hope. It's a perfect dismount as Coraline tumbles through the air. Frost, Cass, and Abe catch. [02:38:17] Speaker E: I catch. [02:38:18] Speaker C: Mummy. [02:38:19] Speaker A: Collides with a heavy thud. [02:38:22] Speaker D: No, I'd have been fine. I'd probably have been fine. [02:38:29] Speaker A: Oh, well. She's gonna take 41 damage as she hits the ground roughly, that is. [02:38:43] Speaker F: You didn't want to have the NPC anymore. You could have just said you shouldn't have to. [02:38:49] Speaker A: That is severe damage as Coraline impacts the ground and takes three hit points. [02:38:57] Speaker D: I feel a bit bad that I. I rolled a six of a jump, and everyone around me has just been exploded, and I'm fine. [02:39:07] Speaker A: I will spend a fear as Abe and K. Cass. You feel yourselves being lifted into the air, and you realize that now seeing a pest, this insect on the floor, Fizer is looking to stamp on her with. [02:39:27] Speaker F: Oh, no. [02:39:27] Speaker A: Her massive tarsus. I. [02:39:34] Speaker F: Is there any way of getting me one more hope? [02:39:37] Speaker E: Can you do this? [02:39:38] Speaker F: Well, because I can. [02:39:40] Speaker A: I will say we need to return to Griffin and Gardy. You are currently clinging to Pfizer's torso. [02:39:54] Speaker D: Yeah, I mean, I guess we need to just explode her, right? [02:39:57] Speaker B: Yeah, [02:40:01] Speaker C: just do an explode. [02:40:04] Speaker A: You are now both on her on her torso. So feel free to tag team. [02:40:10] Speaker B: You got free hope? [02:40:11] Speaker D: I should. Well, yeah. I'll spend that. [02:40:14] Speaker A: You got four now, right? [02:40:16] Speaker D: Not anymore. Yeah. Yeah. Let's go. I just have to shoot her with my staff, so if you've got anything that looks cooler, go for it. [02:40:26] Speaker B: I fear spending a fireball again just because that could also be very dangerous for us as well. [02:40:33] Speaker D: It looks so cool. [02:40:39] Speaker C: Glory, Glory. [02:40:42] Speaker B: I will just go for my. My improvised cutlass and go for a cut with that. [02:40:47] Speaker A: Okay, you both get. [02:40:49] Speaker B: Sorry. [02:40:49] Speaker A: So you both roll. You both get advantage because you are on the segment. [02:40:53] Speaker C: Oh, yes. [02:40:54] Speaker B: Nice. [02:40:54] Speaker A: Oh, it's nice. Nice. 20 with hope. [02:41:03] Speaker C: 22 with hope. [02:41:04] Speaker A: You have a 22 with hope. So use a 22 with hope. You both gain a hope. Both of you roll your damage. We've got 15 damage from Guardi [02:41:23] Speaker E: me rolling it. [02:41:24] Speaker D: Try again. [02:41:28] Speaker A: We've got. Does it want to roll some amount of damage from. From Griffin? [02:41:37] Speaker C: It's rolling. [02:41:37] Speaker B: One more try coming up. Is it just frozen? [02:41:40] Speaker E: It's rolling. It's just not coming up. [02:41:42] Speaker C: Yeah, I've seen the dices. Dices. [02:41:47] Speaker B: Yeah. For some reason it's not coming up. Let me try a different way. What's the role? It is 3D8 3DA 4. [02:41:59] Speaker A: I think you get more because you're probably draw wielding because I believe you can. Have you got another. You've got a small dagger you can draw if you want. [02:42:08] Speaker B: How does that work? [02:42:10] Speaker A: So your small dagger will allow you to deal. Hold. [02:42:24] Speaker B: It's a good time for Foundry just to go. No, I don't want to. [02:42:28] Speaker A: No. [02:42:30] Speaker C: Why? [02:42:30] Speaker A: Why won't it let you hold BO? [02:42:33] Speaker D: It's probably struggling to calculate the amount of damage. [02:42:38] Speaker A: Right. 3. It's 3D8 +. 3D8 plus 4 plus 4. So 3D8 plus 8. [02:42:50] Speaker B: Okay, let's. I'll do it in manually and see [02:42:53] Speaker A: if that 3d8 plus 8. So we've got 15 damage plus 24. [02:43:00] Speaker B: 24. It's come up for you guys. Cool. [02:43:02] Speaker A: So that is a total of 39 damage. Damage, which is major damage. However, you are striking a weak point. [02:43:19] Speaker C: Yes. [02:43:20] Speaker A: Which deals a third point of damage. And as you deal severe damage to this chest shard, talk me through what happens. [02:43:33] Speaker D: I imagine Griffin like slashes a chunk out of it with the cutlass and I just take my staff and like jam it in the break and then just blast as much energy into it as I possibly can. [02:43:49] Speaker A: And as this energy as you kind of ram the. The short staff in. And so I almost use as a crowbar to prize open and kind of funnel like primal power from your staff into this chest shard. You feel like you can see this like viscous blood, like liquid kind of splashing out with flecks of gold and silver and. And like orange kind of splashing out like a gushing open wound. And Pfizer kind of recoils and roars as you open up this list hole in her chest. And Guardi, at this moment, as you kind of are knocked backwards a moment sort of like grab onto the edge of the. The jagged edges of the crystal and like you feel your fingers cut as you hold on to what feels like broken glass, you realize in this moment there is an open wound into pfizer's body. And you feel the vial hanging, hanging heavily on your belt. [02:44:51] Speaker D: Yeah, I'm just gonna. I'm just gonna uncork that bad boy and just, yeah, just, just keep it, just keep it going. [02:45:01] Speaker A: Okay. [02:45:02] Speaker F: Made for me. [02:45:05] Speaker A: In which case. Yeah. As you like, pull yourselves up the. The shards of the broken chest crystal kind of biting deeper into your fingers. As you can pull yourself forward, you smash the side of the vial on the. The jagged glass, the contents, the vial breaks on the content splash into the wound. And you hear this loud sizzling noise as whatever is, as your Drake Bane concoction tears through the corruption. And you watch as this sloshy like pus like liquid begins to harden before your very eyes. And it rips up into Pfizer's torso. And she, she sort of like tears herself away hard enough that she flings the two of you onto the snow below. And as you both land in snowy piles by her feet, Pfizer staggers back a few moments. And you watch as, like the rest of the crystal, the crystals up her right shin, across her wings, almost begins to, for all extents and purposes, calcify. It desaturates, becomes this white kind of bony looking material. And Pfizer begins like, scrabbling at the. The crystal in her chest. And as you watch it lose its color and become what almost looks like this opaque, icy shard, you watch as the world spirit grabs it with both hands and with a roar begins pulling it from her torso as she, as she does. Cooper, you have been let go. [02:46:58] Speaker E: I might be thrown on the floor as well. [02:47:00] Speaker A: Yeah, you've been released into, onto the ground. And Abe and Cass, I can only assume you don't really want a front row seat down. So, yeah, you, you kind of jump off of her leg onto the relative safety of the ground as well. And as you watch as Fizer like, pulls on this shard, she roars with pain. And it seemingly, it almost looks as if it's straining, it's struggling to remain in her chest. As she pulls more of it out, you can see that some of it still hasn't kind of calcified. And in her pain, she thrashes and collides with the wall to her left. And you all turn and look up and see the roof shake dangerously. And as she pulls it a bit further out, she thrashes a second time and collides with the wall on to her left. And the ceiling shakes a second time. And as she fully pulls this shard from her, from her torso, she staggered the force of it knocks her a few steps backwards and she collides into the wall at the back of her cave. And you hear the crack as the ceiling splinters and begins to fall down on top of you. And Cooper as you look up. Well, all six of you, as you. Well, Cooper's. You, you've landed by Coraline. But it's. The six of you look up and you can see the ceiling you're threatening to collapse in on you. In a flurry of leaves and vines, the Hammer Drider materializes in amongst the. The six of you looks around and in a moment, like, opens his arms. Vines burst out and wrap around the six of you. And in a flurry of leaves and foliage, you are gonna. And you emerge on the edge of the crater of Fizer's lair. And you can hear the sounds of the cave in ringing out beneath your feet as the ground underfoot shakes and trembles. And as the. The Hammer Drider releases you from its grasp, it turns and regards you specifically Coraline, who is the only one that the Hammer Drider has not released and instead is cradling the back of her head. And as the Hammer Drider looks to the five of you, it utters go. And he disappears in a flurry of foliage. With Coraline. [02:50:21] Speaker F: No, you're buff. [02:50:28] Speaker A: As the. As the hammer dryer goes. I think of as the Hammer Drider disappears and leaves you to your. Leaves you on your own on the edge of Fizer's cave. And you can see the center of the crater is kind of sinking from the subsidence that's happening well below your feet. You take a moment to catch your breath. You have successfully cleansed Pfizer. Who's the first to say something? No one, it would seem. We're all stunned as you all look at one another in confusion, in awe, in disbelief. Words aren't necessary. Necessary to better to encapsulate what you're feeling right now. It is all evident on your faces. And Cass. You turn to Cooper. I can only assume who is looking at Cass. And as the two of you gaze upon one another. I'm gonna spend a fear. And Cooper, your head rips through pain. Rips through it a third time in as many minutes. And Cass, you watch as Cooper drops to one knee. And Cooper. This time the pain is much more intense. You feel as if your body is tearing itself apart, as if it's been ripped and ravaged and torn. And then the pain begins to fade. And Cooper, as you look up with what feels like bloodshot eyes you feel that you. You are not on a cold stone crater over above the lair of the Mother of Frost. You are instead stood on something [02:53:18] Speaker C: warm, [02:53:21] Speaker A: pliable under your feet. And as you open your eyes, in your outstretched hand. Is a gleaming and glistening heart. And the corpse of the deity you have just slain lies under your feet. Your ax is embedded in Burunam's flesh a few feet from you. And you watch as the motes of flame and fire glit royal through the heart you have just torn from this God's chest. And you feel yourself smile. And with that, we will call it there. [02:54:44] Speaker E: I hate this guy so much. [02:54:48] Speaker F: Someone's getting a good lunch. [02:54:50] Speaker C: What an edge, Lord. Oh, I'm gonna eat the heart of [02:54:55] Speaker A: a God nobody loves. [02:54:58] Speaker D: Yeah. Real original. [02:54:59] Speaker A: Yeah. Congratulations everyone, on completing episode 14 and act two of the Titan Isles. And welcome to level six. [02:55:26] Speaker D: It was all worth it. [02:55:28] Speaker E: All worth it. My God. [02:55:30] Speaker C: More damage. More damage. [02:55:36] Speaker A: Okay. We. You did it. You did it. We managed to. Nobody got dead. [02:55:46] Speaker C: I thought at least one of us was gonna get dead. [02:55:48] Speaker A: Apart from maybe Coraline. Who knows what sake. [02:55:56] Speaker E: Another boy drew it. Crawlish. Whatever. Yep. [02:55:59] Speaker D: Yeah. [02:56:00] Speaker E: You'll be all right. She'll be fine. [02:56:01] Speaker C: Yeah, she's with her baby girl. [02:56:04] Speaker A: So we have completed Act 2. We are officially in the final third of this campaign. And it would seem that the stakes are rising higher and higher.
